MY CASA - FRICERO - Comfortable 5 people- 200m near the Sea

Pros: Lovely apartment, lots of space and good set up for cooking in the apartment. Very close to the beach too

Perfect stay for five friends: clean, central, and lightning-fast communication—highly recommended, 10/10.

Pros: We were 5 girls for 4 days and everything was perfect: spacious and spotless apartment, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, great location near the sea, easy check-in, and a super responsive host (replied within minutes).

Cons: Nothing to complain about—everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Amazing stay for quick rest and recharge

Pros: It's a beautiful apartment. Loads of space and all working appliances. Shops and supermarkets at your doorstep. Minutes away from beach and old town with loads of places to eat and shop. Great location! Someone from the Agency was always available if required. Highly recommended. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Cons: Collecting key from agency wasn't an issue but would be great to just have it on a secure key lockbox within or next to the apartment. It was 15mins walk from agency to the apartment. Luckily had a carry-on bag only. Any bigger luggage or more bags would have struggled. Lift in the build is tiny but again not an issue, the apartment was on first floor. Otherwise everything else was really great. Including communications with agency.

Pros: L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Nice sans prendre la voiture et l'appartement est très grand, très agréable et bien équipé !

Cons: Pas de parking avec l'appartement donc nous avons dû laisser la voiture dans un parking souterrain assez cher

Pros: Mieszkanie czyste, z windą i ogrzewaniem. Wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty dostępne.

Cons: Odległość od miejsca odbioru kluczy, wymagany depozyt lub dodatkowe ubezpieczenie

Agréable séjour

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé et decoré.

Cons: La literie un peu étroite et la cafetière qui demande à être détartrée .

Pros: Die Lage war super. Schnell an der Promenade des Anglais und schneller in der Innenstadt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) in der Nähe

Cons: Die Betten hätten gerne etwas bequemer (härter) sein dürfen. Auch waren die Unterkunft etwas hellhörig.

Hadde ikke nølt med å bo der igjen

Pros: Du hadde alt du trengte i nærheten. Dagligvarer, bakeri, apotek, restauranter osv. Samt at det var kort vei til stranda og et stille område.

Cons: Interner fungerte ikke, men vi tok heller ikke kontakt for å løse problemet. Ideelt sett hadde det vært greit med med større sofa i stua.

Başarılı ve önerilir

Pros: Lokasyonu çok başarılı. 6 çift konaklayabilir ama asma kattaki yatağa emekleyerek girmek gerekir :) Genel olarak başarılı bir deneyimdi. Öneririm

Cons: Apartmanın eski olmasından dolayı sanırım bazı yerlerinde binanın koku var. Ama çok hassas değilseniz rahatsız olmazsınız

Pros: De locatie was perfect. We liepen zo naar de oude stad en het strand was super dichtbij.

Cons: Het waren warme dagen en de mobiele airco’s zijn niet toereikend. Een goede en stille ventilator zou beter werken.
