Thank you to the whole family for the cozy apartment and wonderful impressions of Nice!

Pros: Our family loved the apartment! It's simply wonderful! Very clean and comfortable! The kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking: plenty of convenient dishes (you can save them and wash them in the dishwasher), an oven, and a modern stove. The kettle and coffee maker are a bit old, but the main thing is that they were functional: you could make coffee from a capsule and boil water for tea. The apartment is very conveniently located for the beach and the city center, restaurants, and shops. A large Carrefour supermarket is just nearby. All the sights are within walking distance.

Cons: The kettle is very small; for a large family, we had to boil it twice. The coffee maker uses capsules, and I think it had a life of its own: it would turn on by itself, or suddenly not turn on. We were afraid to use it, afraid of breaking it.

Pros: Very clean and cozy apartment in the heart of Nice! Special thanks to Anthony, our host, very gentle and helpful! Thanks Anthony we will come back for sure! Thanks and see yo soon!

Pros: Location excellent. Very good service and apartment in good clean condition. Host friendly and most helpful. Near 2 supermarkets and 3 minutes from Beach.

Nice was enjoyable, apartment was good, local area was run down and not enjoyable.

Pros: The apartment was ideal, but the location was not good comparing with other areas not too far away.

Cons: The apartment building and the area directly around the apartment.

Ein sehr positiver Aufenthalt

Pros: Super Lage, 5 Min zu Fuss ans Meer, Einkaufläden zu Fuss erreichbar, 10 Min bis zum Place Massena, die Ausstattung sehr gut, sehr nette und gute Unterstützung der Geranten.

Cons: Die sanitären Anlagen bedürften einer zusätzlichen Aufmerksamkeit.

Un bon moment en famille

Pros: La propreté de l appartement, l emplacement car proche de notre fille, les deux salles de bain

Cons: Les volets qui ne fermaient que très difficilement

Apartamento cerca de la playa en la Niza real

Pros: Apartamento súper bien equipado a 100m de la playa. La zona es el final de las calles comerciales y no hay tanto ambiente turístico como alrededor de la Rue París o el Promenade. La Niza vieja está a 2 km andando , por las zonas comerciales y está rodeado de comercios locales , que te hacen sentir algo más viajero . Recomendado para estar muchos dias.

Cons: El ascensor es un montacargas , que no es problema si se sube poco a poco las maletas .

Pros: Super beliggenhed. Tæt på vandet og strandpromenaden. Mange hyggelige restauranter i lokalområdet og generelt er Nice og dette område af Nice et fedt sted - skøn blanding af almindelig beboelse i flotte bygninger, restauranter, forretninger, supermarkeder mm.

Pros: Atendimento do Sr Anthony, e todas as comodidades do apartamento.

Cons: O elevador do edifício esteve sempre indisponível, por estar avariado.

Great location, AC in unit, and wonderful host!

Pros: Super close to the beach, bars/restaurants, and shops. The property was safe and the AC was essential!
