Lovely apartment with terrace Nice centre

Nice flat close to beaches ın nice

Pros: Close to beaches and markets .20 minutes to train station,quiet quarter ,flat has everything as a house.Washing machine ,iron ,refrigerator,etc.You can cook your meals.

Cons: Bedroom bed was not so comfortable

Pros: We had an amazing stay in this apartment! It had absolutely everything we needed – well-equipped, comfortable, and beautifully clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for relaxing seaside days. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning balcony – spacious, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. The apartment itself was fresh, modern, and very cozy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

a perfectly clean & comfortable apartment

Pros: rooms were spacious, facilities all good. check in can be confusing as no luggage storage / front desk but host was helpful. very clean. near the waterfront and easy access to train stations / old town etc.

The apartment was spotless, in a quiet street.

Pros: A very quiet location not too far from the port and prom area. We got some very helpful information on restaurants and places to visit via whatsapp.

Cons: A small map of the city would have been very helpful to get our bearings on arrival.

Perfect location, modern with aircon in both rooms. Owners were incredibly kind/helping.

Pros: Perfect location, an extremely neat and well laid out apartment. Aircon in both the bedroom and kitchen/dining area. Lovely little balcony with plenty of shops close by. Swift communication with owner, any help needed was addressed straight away.

Weeks stay in Nice

Pros: Great apartment - handy to have two beds available. Air conditioning in both rooms. All the amenities you need. Decent location to the promenade and bikes for cycling up to old town. Good amount of shops close by to the apartment - bakery, coffee shops, Carrefour. We would recommend this accomodation and we would stay here again.

Cons: Check in - we met a lovely individual at the property but I don't think she spoke English and our french was very minimal. But we got by without much conversation. The security deposit was an annoying factor that we didn't realise until after booking - we paid €200 cash when we arrived and got it back at the end on returning the keys. Places to stay in Nice are expensive all round - so the price was high but this seems to be standard across Nice

Pros: Perfect location. 4 min walk to the beach. Easily reachable (by one public transport) from the airport.

Pros: All good 👍 Very welcoming staff and pleasant reception. Everything needed was available and the rooms were clean

Pros: Very clean, cosy autenthic apartment with a terrace and big windows in city center. The sea is around the corner. Easy access from airport or train station. Host is always online and ready to help with all questions

An excellent stay in a lovely apartment.

Pros: The property was in a slightly quieter area and was immaculately clean. The hosts were extremely accommodating, including a later check in and allowing us to leave our bags on our last day. The air con is great, and kitchen facilities exactly what you need. The terrace was lovely to have our breakfast on each day.

Cons: The walls in the property appear to be quite thin as you could often hear the neighbours tv and conversations. This didn’t bother us at all but may affect people who struggle with noise.
