Pros: Good location and secure . Comfortable beds . Stephan is an excellent property manager, prompt communicator and willing to help.

Cons: Problem with the shower but Stephan rectified this quickly.

Loved it, we'd definitely stay here again!

Pros: Superb location, walking distance to everything you need! Stephane was very helpful, communication was great. We're a family of four, and we had all the room we needed! Air Con was also a big help!

Cons: For the price we paid, no complaints!

Séjour parfait!

Pros: Super séjour! Hôte très sympathique lors de la remise des clés. Appartement très bien équipé et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié les 2 chambres séparées. Le logement est très bien situé et très calme. Literie au top. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Pros: Muy cómodo amplio limpieza excelente y Jairo es muy atento servicial y atento a cualquier inquietud responde rápido lo súper recomiendo sin duda volveré a hospedarme allí

Pros: Molto vicino alla spiaggia, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro città. L'appartamento era pulito e ben attrezzato, le camere confortevoli

Pros: Emplacement au top ! Qlq centaine de mètres et hop sur la plage de galets ( pensez à prendre vos chaussures d'eau ...) L'appartement est vraiment très bien 👍 Marcher le long de la promenade des Anglais depuis l'appartement très sympa et facile , pour rejoindre le centre , le vieux Nice et monter aux panoramas . Parfait ! La machine à café est une Senseo pour ceux qui veulent ramener qlq dosettes. Deux jeux de clefs. La literie est très bien . La décoration est agréable. La climatisation nous attendait pour cette journée chaude : havre de fraîcheur bienvenu 🙏 Contact professionnel efficace et chaleureux 👍

Cons: Peut-être pour ceux qui sont sensibles à la lumière, prévoir un masque de nuit car malgré les fenêtres persiennes et le fin rideau auscultant, la lumière du matin m'a réveillée mais bon, j'ai un niveau de réactivité assez bas ...

Posizione ottima

Pros: la struttura è posizionata vicino al famoso lungomare di Nizza, molto pulita, nuova e soprattutto presenta tutti gli utensili necessari.

Cons: solamente il bagno che è un po’ piccolo

Pros: Τοποθεσία καλή πολύ κοντά στη παραλία 5 min walk 20 min walk and bus from old town 15 min walk from center Nice 20 -25 min with bus or tram from airport + 5 min walk up to place Καλή κουζίνα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και κρεβατοκάμαρες Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα

Cons: Ο καναπές στο σαλόνι δεν είναι κατάλληλος για ύπνο. Πολύ άβολος !!!!! Είχαμε καθυστέρηση στην πρόσβαση 1 ώρα ενώ είχαμε ζητήσει να γίνει στις 15:00

Pros: Nickel Teckel. Super séjour à Nice dans cet appartement très bien situé.

Pros: Bonne prestation, nous n'avons pas beaucoup profité de l'hôtel car nous y allions juste pour dormir
