Pros: Our host, Manhal was very helpful Apt was spotless, well equipped, comfortable, roomy and in a good location near the tram.

It’s perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect, especially the owner of this place! We were greeted like friends and filled like we were at home. Rented only private room, so shared kitchen and dining rooms with the owner, which was extremely useful, we received valuable advice about the city, the surroundings, how to travel, good restaurants, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and in a perfect location, so strongly recommended.

Pros: Excellent host that made our trip memorable. He gave us plenty of advice and recommendations about Nice. The accommodation was really nice and clean and in a very good location. We did not have any trouble moving around, as the tram can get you to promenade des Anglais in less than 10 minutes! Amazing experience overall 😊

Pros: Moderno Departamento, todo muy limpio y cómoda habitación con baño (todo Privado), compartimos el living y cocina, Manu muy amable y nos apoyo en datos turísticos y de la zona, excelente anfitrión, ubicación cercana al tranvía, y caminaba a estación de trenes.

Du Rbnb au cœur de Nice, une belle expérience

Pros: Bonjour, À 1km environ de la gare de Nice Ville seulement Le Tram est également proche si l'on vient de l aéroport Il y a des commerces à proximité Manhal, l'hôte, est bienveillant et investit Il propose, à la manière rbnb, une chambre à l'intégralité de son appartement Le tout est neuf et adapté aux besoins quotidien L' endroit est extrêmement calme et sécurisé Une très bonne expérience

Cons: Rien ne m'a déplu :) Il faut seulement bien faire attention que la location fonctionne en rbnb et que l'appartement est au 3ème
