A clean, well specified apartment. A good value option for a stay in Nice.

Pros: Property was very well provided with everything you would need for your stay in Nice. We particularly liked the balcony.

Cons: Nothing really, we understood it was in the budget range of properties and thought it was good value for money.

Very clean and good location

Pros: Clean, good location, washing machine, kitchen with all stuff. Nice balcony with street view.

Cons: No washing detergent, no salt/sugar/ oil for preparing food. Such kind of stuff that really helps, when you have only 3 night. I had to buy and throw all this almost full. Also had a problem with the key for the door that goes to basement to the garbage area.
