Pros: The apartment and its location were awesome, so close to the sea and to the grocery stores.All the necessary facilities were included that made our holiday even more pleasant and easy. The landlord was extremely kind and pleasant. During the time when we stayed there, he helped us with all our questions!

Charming flat conveniently located near the beach.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Neo's place! The flat was charming, just steps away from Promenade Des Anglais and the beach and 10 minute to Nice center by tram. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, we had plenty of room to relax and unwind. Additionally, there were some really good bakeries nearby, as well as some very interesting international restaurants, that Neofytos help as to discover. Not cheap, but an excellent value for money in comparison to our alternatives in Nice.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Amazing 5 days!

Pros: Excellent! We loved everything! Location and our host - they were super helpful and friendly. It was very very clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this property! We will for sure be coming back.

Большая семья - смело в эту квартиру.

Pros: Все фотографии и описание квартиры полностью соответствуют тому, что вы видите. Действительно, очень удобная квартира, когда путешественников много. Хозяин очень коммуникативный, максимально подробно рассказал о локации и посоветовал вкусные точки данного района. Неспешная прогулка до моря - 5 минут. Рядом с квартирой есть всё, что нужно. Ресторанчики, кафешки, пекарня (какая же это Франция без круасана), а также магазин Карефур.

Cons: Всё было просто отлично!

Pros: Children enjoyed the toys and children room very much. Kitchen and living room were very cozy and comfortable for whole family.

Pros: L'appartement était parfait pour moi et mes deux garçons de 14 et 16 ans. Chacun avait son couchage. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner. Le soir et la nuit c'est un peu bruyant, il y a deux chambres côté rue et le salon donne sur l'arrière cuisine du restaurant chinois. Mais les persiennes atténuent déjà bien le bruit et la lumière. L'immeuble est calme. Nous étions à 15min à pied de la gare, 10min du centre et à 100m de la promenade. Il y a une boulangerie très bonne à 50m et beaucoup de restaurants dans le quartier. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte et la gestion des clés a été très facile. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cons: Un peu de bruit et difficile pour moi de bien dormir dans le canapé lit du salon.

Pros: Everything. The host also managed to allow early check-in for us. Special thanks also for the local recommendations, very helpful and useful especially for first timers visiting the South of France.

Cons: Minor but the outside noise coming from the garbage truck all woke us up during wee hours. It was one time though.
