Ireland 🇮🇪

Good value for money

Pros: The location is the greatest plus with this apartment. Quite a few shops and restaurants around the corner. Good access to public transport. A very short walk from the seaside promenade. Good size shower cubicle, okay size balcony etc. The managing agency is quite helpful with everything.

Cons: Some of the spaces are a bit tight to navigate: the entrance to the bedroom and the kitchen itself. The balcony doors off the bedroom are not sound proof so the noise levels are very high on some of the nights during the week from the garbage collection trucks, the bakery and noisy mopeds.

Pros: You get exactly what you see on the pictures! New, clean and very well organised, great location few min walk to the beach and tram/train.

Pros: A very cozy apartment. You have all the facilities that you would need for a week vacation - nice balcony, equiped kitchen, washing machine and spacious bathroom.

Cons: Location about 20 minute walk from city centre. Windows not the most soundproof.

Pros: Appartement très bien équipé, très propre et dans un quartier très agréable, à proximité de beaucoup de centres d’intérêts sur Nice… je recommande fortement.

Чудесная квартира

Pros: Отличное расположение. Рядом рестораны, великолепная пиццерия, булочные, магазины. До набережной очень близко. Квартира уютная. Очень рекомендую!

Cons: Не работал верхний свет :( Хозяева приходили, пытались решить проблему, в итоге пришли к выводу, что решить проблему можно только когда гости (то есть мы) съедем. Это немного омрачило отдых.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Pros: L'appartement est très agréable, très propre, très douillet même l'hiver, très central , avec toutes les commodités sur place. On peut tout faire à pied.

Cons: La qualité de la literie est très bonne. mais les oreillers du lit ainsi que les coussins du canapé sont trop vétustes. Nous avons séjourné en hiver, la couette est fine et légère. Une vraie couverture d'appoint serait souhaitable.
