Cozy apartment near the beach

Pros: Very kind host. Cozy apartment, close to the beach and promenade. To the center and train station 15 minutes pleasant walk. Easy to reach from the airport by tram. Large supermarket and bakery just around the corner. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Netflix. Quite neighborhood.

Cons: All was good.

Pros: The location is top. The hospitality of Tamara is noticeable and appreciated 👏 The apartment has everything you need for a great experience and after a day you feel it as a home.

Cons: Sometimes was a kind of noisy during nights but this is normal for the city. With closed windows and air-conditioning it is fine

Amazing apartment and location

Pros: The apartment has everything one can need. It's tastefully decorated and is modern. The care takers are lovely. Apartment is located next to a market area and has all amenities in walking distance. The place itself is very welcoming. We will stay again if we are back.

A perfect spot to enjoy nice

Pros: Property was in a great area. A bit quieter and some lovely streets around with great restaurants and only a block from the beach. Apartment was very clean and quite spacious with lovely decor. Our host was so friendly and helpful.

Pros: One of the best apartments we've ever rented. The host, Tamara, was more like a friend of ours than a person we met for the first time. The property is absolutely clean, well fitted with all that one might need and is situated on a great location. Will recommend to everyone.

Pros: Everything was great, the apartement is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, felt like home. The location is near the beach and the city center. And last but not least, our host, Tamara, was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

10/10 stay!

Pros: This was a super charming 10/10 stay! The location is perfect, super close to the beach and old town/city center. The appartment is super clean, spacious and lovely. Everything looks even better than in the photos! There is enough towels, slippers, water in the fridge, a dishwasher with pods, and cleaning supplies. The owner Tamara is super nice and has even left us a suprise gift for our anniversary. She deserves every 10 she got!

Pros: There is so much to like about this elegant apartment. The location is excellent very close to the Alsace and Lorraine tram stop, around the corner from the sea, two excellent bakeries and a wonderful Italian deli. The apartment is very spacious and so well equipped. Beautiful French windows and doors and a lovely terrace complete the picture. The location and beautiful period features make it a must stay in Nice. Finally Tamara was so wonderful to us when we were there and was so patient and kind in helping us with any query.

Pros: Everything. The apartment is very nice and new inside. It’s very well decorated. It’s in a safe and residential neighbourhood and only 10-15 min walk to the center. Only 2 min walk to the beach. Tamara (the host) is super lovely and very helpful. I stayed here with my parents for 4 days. I will definetely book this place again. Thanks Tamara!
