Nice place in the quietness

Pros: The place is very quiet. Nice courtyard and very silent. The bathroom is very new and everything was comfy. They also leave us some snacks 😊

Cons: There’s no parking inside. You need to leave the car in the main road (paying) and walk some minutes

Beautiful spacious annex with amazing views.

Pros: Beautiful spacious annex with amazing views. Hugh bathroom and comfortable bed. Friendly host who helped with unpacking bikes to keep them safe on the Terrence for the night. Although it says there is no parking, there is actually private communal parking available which is a big bonus in Nice.

Pros: Casetta accogliente, calda, curata e pulita. Pensata per accogliere al meglio gli ospiti. Immersa nel verde, ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto con fermata a pochi passi.

Memorable stay in beautifully renovated Villa in Nice

Pros: Tastefully renovated Villa in a residantial area of Nice a bit up the hill. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom can compete with 5 Star Hotels. Beautiful bathroom with large, free standing bath tub, separate shower and toilet in its own room. Very comfortable mattress. AC with cooling and heating, everything brand new. Very nice terrace with table and chairs to relax.

Cons: Il letto era duro e la zona è poco servita, il parcheggio è sulla strada (zona tranquilla non è un problema).
