BEAUTIFUL renovated apartment

Pros: Great location, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and tram stations. The apartment is well-equipped and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. Air conditioning in every room is a big advantage, especially in the hot summer. We didn’t use the parking lot, but it’s definitely a plus for those traveling by car. Communication with the owner and with Katya, the administrator, was excellent — we always received quick and detailed answers to our questions. Check in instructions are very detailed and make it easy to get to the apartment.

Cons: One small drawback was that the front door lock is a bit stiff — it takes some effort to open, which might be tricky for children. The interior doors could also have some adjustment, as the locks and hinges creak and sometimes require extra effort to close. Since the apartment is compact, the noise from closing doors may disturb anyone still resting. These are minor issues, but fixing them would make the stay even more comfortable.

Beautiful place, a few steps away from the beach.

Pros: Nice place, very clean, a few steps away to the beach. You have everything you need, and the owner is great, responsive to messages and willing to help for every question we had. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great location, very close to the beach - but not on the noisy promenade. Quit area in front of school and kindergarden. Private underground parking nearby. Lots of nice local eateries, huge cycling shop (including bike rental services) nearby. Beach was clean and azure water was just amazing.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great, really close to the beach. The extra toilet is convenient.

Cons: The apartment is not really sound-proof.

Pros: Everything. The aprtment is clean cosy well located and has everything u need Katya was very communicative and availabke to answer all my inquiries. You feel at home.

Pros: Расположение отличное, до набережной 5 минут идти пешком, очень чисто, 2 туалета, тихо

Cons: Интернет, пользовались своим мобильным, поскольку постоянно пропадал, кровати / в одной комнате 1 двухспальная кровать супер, во второй , которая она же кухня есть диван, из под него надо достать выезжающий матрас , не очень комфортно Парковка, нашли благо дело, но стоит сначала пройтись пешком, потом только заезжать машиной

Pros: До моря 5 минут , паркинг очень узкий , рядом магазин и кафе

Pros: Havalimanından eve ulaşım 15 dakika sürdü tramvay ile. Tam evin önünfe durak var. Ve şehir merkezine de 3 durak sonra varabiliyorsunuz. Hemen önünde plaj var. meşhur promenade de angle yirüyüş yapabilir denizin tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Ev sahibi Katya çok tatlı ve tüm sorularımıza anında cevap verdi çok kolay iletişim kurduk. Yaşadığımız çok ufak bir sorun karşısında çok duyarlı davrandı ve bize minik bir hediye bile verdi 🥰 Evde aradığımız herşeyi buldujk ne yazılmışsa hepsi vardı. Özellikle yangın tüpü ve kapsamlı bir ilkyardım çantası olması hoşumuza gitti.
