06R - Nice modern apartment - Vieux Nice

Very clean and comfortable, with great sound insulation.

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated and in very good condition. It has everything you need, and it’s close to the sea. The sound insulation is excellent, and the place was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The host was very understanding and allowed us to check in earlier than the official check-in time. The neighborhood itself is quite lively, but with the windows closed you don’t hear anything. Personally, I even liked that with the windows open you can really feel the atmosphere of France.

Cons: However, on the third day of our stay, the hot water stopped working. We informed the host, and every day he said it would be fixed the next day, but unfortunately, for the remaining four days it never came back. My advice would be to discuss the hot water situation in advance.

Pros: Great location, 3min walk to the beach. Clean, everything is the same as in photos.

Cons: A little bit loud during the nights.

It worth to visit Nice again!

Pros: It is placed in the downtown, is very close to the beach, to the promenade, to the citadel, waterfall, to the public transport, etc. It is well equipped, comfortable.

Cons: The most disappointing aspect of the property is the cleaningness. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos, I regret, but probably my remarks would help to fix this issue. My impression was that somebody stays in that flat. I think, the owner doesn’t deserve to cheat him!
