Pros: The host Marc is a great person, pleasant, he explained everything to us nicely..we felt very relaxed. The location of the apartment is great. The stairs in the building are a little steep, but nothing terrible. Apartment equipped with everything you need.

Wonderful Stay in Wonderful Location

Pros: We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location couldn't be better—close to everything we needed and it was very central. The location is perfect, and the apartment itself was clean. Also, Marc was an absolutely wonderful host. He was incredibly helpful with all our questions and made us feel so welcome. He helped us with our luggages and ensure we had a comfortable stay. Check in and check out process was also very easy and comfortable.

Cons: The only minor drawback is there is no elevator due to it's a historical building, which made climbing the stairs difficult at times. However, this was easily manageable thanks to Marc. He was incredibly helpful and he assist us with luggage and anything else we needed.

Pros: The apartment was in a fantastic location in the heart of Nice Old Town. It was really well equipped and comfortable - would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Location was perfect inside the historic centre and very close to cafes restaurants beach and the tram line and bus network.

Cons: Stairs are tricky with large luggage but was worth it

The perfect acomodation in Nice ild town

Pros: The studio is perfectly located in Nice old town, very clean, and the host is amazing, ready to help us ( we asked for an early check in and happily helped us, also let us leave the luggage as our flight was in the evening. We will come back for sure and recommend it to.everybody.

Pros: Очень красивые, чистые и уютные апартаменты в исторической части Ниццы. Апартаменты хорошо оборудованны и обставлены красивой мебелью. 5 минут пешком до пляжа.
