Sehr zentrales und sauberes Apartment mit Lärm.

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Nizza, in unmittelbarer Nähe von Bars, Restaurants, dem Kieselsteinstrand und dem Schloss.

Cons: Bei Ankunft um 16:00 war mein Schlüsselfach leer. Es war niemand zu erreichen. Weder per E-Mail noch per Telefon. 1 Stunde hatte ich versucht jemanden zu erreichen. Vergeblich. Um 17:00 kam dann jemand aus dem Haus, welche den Schlüssel hatte und die Wohnung wohl noch gereinigt hat. Ich konnte die Wohnung dann ab 17 Uhr beziehen. Auch am nächsten Tag bekam ich keinen Rückruf. Die Wohnung ist 24h bei geöffnetem Fenster extrem laut, da alles in die Wohnung hallt. Und sich Gastronomie dort befindet und sich gröhlende Menschenmassen durch die Strassen schieben. Ab 6:00 ist dann endgültig Schluss, da die Strassen gereinigt werden und Flaschen in Container geworfen werden. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt nur die Klimaanlage. Des Weiteren wohnt nebenan ein Hund, welcher ab 8 Uhr im Treppenhaus bellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock, ohne Fahrstuhl. Das Apartment wurde mit Weitwinkel fotografiert und ist klein. Am letzten Tag kein Wlan mehr.

Utmärkt! En fantastisk lägenhet med ett toppenläge!

Pros: Mycket bra läge i Gamla stan. Nära till restauranger och stranden med Promenade des Anglais. Lägenheten var nyrenoverad och smakfullt inredd. Allt var nytt och fräscht.

Cons: Möjligen att det var många trappor. Inte lämplig för de som inte orkar gå många trappsteg.
