Very nice, comfortable apartment with high level os appliances in a great location. Recommended

Pros: The apartment was well renovated and everything worked. Bathrroms had underfloor heating as well as electric heated towel rails. A/C in both bedrooms and Main room worked. Good dishwasher/washing machine/showers. Really a very good property and one we would recommend highly. Finally the Lady who met us with keys and explained things spoke perfect English and was very pleasant. Be aware is on 3rd floor and stairs but this was also no issue for us and we are both over 60.

Cons: The door looks could be a bit sturdier - but that's a minor point

Excellent location to explore Nice and beyond.

Pros: The location was excellent and very central in the middle of the old town. It was an easy walk to Garibaldi square and easy access to the tram. Loreta was very friendly and informative.

Cons: Located on the third floor of the building with no lift.

Cons: The stairwell and entryway were very dark, making it difficult particularly at nighttime.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment in the heart of the city 🩷

Pros: This was a beautiful little flat in the centre of the old town. We loved that you can come out of the front door and you are right in the hustle and bustle of the evening life, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It's a short walk to both the beach and to tram stops making other places accessible. The flat itself was great for us, with 2 lovely rooms, spare towels and bedding and tea and coffee when we arrived. Lovely extra touch was the bottle of rose waiting for us in the fridge. Finally, the host was super lovely, and waited for us, despite us being longer than we should have been due to getting the wrong tram. Would really recommend.

Cons: Nothing really, the only thing is the steps up to the apartment, but it really wasn't any bother. It really was just a lovely little flat.

Enjoyable Nice stay in ideally situated and well equipped apartment

Pros: Situated in great location. Facilities good, air con, coffee maker, cleaning supplies, coffee pods, t-bags, wine, shower wash, towels, loo paper, soap, etc.

Cons: Limited lighting on stairs on way out, we needed to use a torch. One of our groups' towel was not clean, but this was easily remedied as good stock in cupboard. We couldnt get the tv to work; there were no instructions on how to operate the 2 controls and we were a reasonably savvy group, this would be good for the future.

Pros: Our stay was fabulous! The apartment is clean and spacious. It is also in a perfect location to walk throughout old town and just a few minutes from the beach promenade. The host was wonderful! Due to a plane delay, we were running late and arrived a couple hours late that night, but Sarah was waiting for us where our taxi dropped us off and was extremely helpful in getting us to our apartment. Excellent place to stay!
