Pros: Fabulous location in the centre of the old town. Close to lots of shops / bars. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Lucas was very helpful and informative Picking up keys from an office wasn’t a problem for us as we had a car but I could imagine it would be a pain if you had to then cross town to get to the apartment with luggage.

Cons: Need to note that you CANNOT access by car or taxi. I would have packed lighter if I had known we had a good 10 minute walk from the car park with our luggage. Few flights of stairs to get to apartment but knew about these due to previous comments - wasn’t a problem for us. Only ONE toilet but 2 lovely shower / bathrooms so plenty of room for 2 couples. Freezer door didn’t close (as mentioned previously in comments) but not an issue for us as we didn’t eat in anyway - too many nice restaurants / bars nearby

Pros: The apartment was in a great location and it was clean and beautiful

Cons: The beds were a little hard and the freezer door wouldn’t shut.

Pros: It was a very spacious apartment and great for two couples. Large living space, dishwasher, washing machine and spacious bathrooms. Conveniently located in the old town a short walk from all the fun stuff. A mostly quiet street, but not too quiet that you feel unsafe.

Cons: Only 1 toilet and no ventilation in the toilet and bathrooms.

Pros: Excellent location. Spacious, comfortable apartment.

Cons: Collecting the keys from an office miles away.

Pros: A comfortable and clean apartment in a convenient location. A very helpful host. Defnitely worth recommending.

Pros: The location is excellent, and the apartment is beautifully arranged, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We visited in December, and although the apartment was a bit chilly upon our arrival, it quickly warmed up, ensuring a delightful stay. The host was very helpful, responding promptly to our questions and messages.

Cons: The windows don't open. Although the ventilation works well, it was a bit uncomfortable on the first day until we got used to it.

Pros: Excellent location, right in the centre of Nice old town. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

Cons: For the bedroom at the front of the building, there was quite a lot of noise/music until early morning from the nearby bar. I think it would be good to advise guests of this so that they're aware of this. The sofa is a sofa bed and not comfortable to sit on as a day sofa, but that was just a minor issue for us.

Amazing, clean and comfortable apartment in the central of the town.

Pros: Very detailed and kind explanation by the host. The host gave us some recommendation about the city as well, which was really nice.

Cons: it's not a complain, but the building is without the elevator so if you have heavy suitcases or baby stroller, keep it in your mind that you have to carry them up.
