Pros: Had a perfect stay, owners are helpfull and very friendly, they even helped me in the middle of the night because my plane was delayed, about the studio, it had everything i needed, very clean, defenitly going back. Everything is easy to reach with public transport.

Pros: I highly recommend it! Great communication with the host. There was no kettle in the kitchen, but a few hours after we reported it, the host brought us one straight from the store. We asked for extra beach towels, and they were delivered without a problem. We have very nice memories of our stay. Great location—everything is right on our doorstep. The tram is just two steps away, and the sea is a minute away. Very comfortable bed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best studio apartment with superb location
Pros: Private Studio apartment with all facilities. Best location! Carras tram stop. Direct tram from Airport and direct tram to city Center. On the ground floor of apartment building there are grocery stores and cafes.

Missing few items, but it was good.
Pros: Great location, really friendly owner and helpful. Quiet neighbours. Perfect for two people. Apartment small, cozy.
Cons: We were missing kettle, iron and hair dryer. Apartment is really small, when you make a bed there is not a lot free space left in the room. However it was not a problem for us.

Great place to explore Nice
Pros: Great location - seaside is just around the corner and a tram stop is in front of the building. Nice has great comunication- by this tram you can go to the city Centre or to the airport. The flat was small but comfortable, equipped with everything we need. The bathroom is new and very nice. Great bakery downstairs and big supermarket nearby. Good place for good price!
Cons: The bed was little uncomfortable but the host declared he planned to buy new one so everything will be perfect

Highly recommend, great price for everything you get.
Pros: Great location near the beach, exceptionally clean, good air conditioning, very nice furniture and amazing host. The kitchen is very well equipped, you can use the washing machine and there is a TV inside as well. One of the best accommodations I’ve ever been to.

We were overall happy with the apartment and the owners were very helpful when we had any questions!
Pros: The apartment was really close to the beach and easily accessible by public transport
Cons: The sofa bed was rather small, so unless you like cuddling in the evenings there isn’t much space in the bed for two!

Közvetlen közlekedés villamossal a 2 terminaltól a Carras megálló a ház előtt vagy az 1 terminaltol +12 busz (terminálok között a közlekedés ingyenes) Üzletek, zöldséges, kávézók, artisanal pékség szemben, Bay Baie étterem a közelben. Le Potiron Gourmet étterem kihagyhatatlan! Remek választás örömmel ajànlom!
