Lovely!!!
Pros: Looks exactly as pictured. Clean and very comfortable. Host was perfect! Left an item after checking out and they arranged with my Uber driver to give it back. Great service!
Cons: The shower doesn’t have a door and the bathroom itself doesn’t have drainage so you can’t put the shower at full blast or it’ll start to flood.

Pros: A lovely apartment right in the heart of the old town. Perfectly located for exploring the city. The hosts are welcoming, and the space is clean and cozy. High-speed Wi-Fi included.
Cons: Note: The area is vibrant and social, so light sleepers may prefer keeping windows closed at night.

Un séjour dans une ville splendide et magnifique, le vieux Nice est charmant oú on trouve tout.
Pros: L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé, situé dans un quartier vif et proche de tout : restaurants, plage, café, promenades. Le wifi marche très bien. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La salle de bain est propre et pratique. Une bonne communication simple et efficace. Une vidéo explicative m’a était envoyée pour faire le check-in pratique et fonctionnelle. Tout était clair.
Cons: Objectivement rien à signaler.

Perfect spot in Nice!
Pros: The location is ideal. It is at the core of everything you need to see in Nice. A few short steps from the beach and Promenade des Anglais. Just by the Cathedral, with tons of shops and restaurants…and ice cream! The tram is just at the corner of the streets and two stops from the train station making it easy to visit surrounding cities (Monaco, Eze, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cannes, etc). Walking distance from the dock for a boat cruise or the ferry to Ile Sainte-Marguerite. Also appreciated the amenities, especially the in-house laundry.
Cons: As you are in the middle of the action it can be noisy at night. And we quickly discovered that the French enjoy singing when they drink. Lol! We did so much walking and touring during the day that we managed to sleep through it.

Location ottima , ottima qualità prezzo
Pros: Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, comodissimo in centro. Ben servito. Comodo per 4 persone.
Cons: Si trova sopra un pub, rumore notturno fino all’alba . Mancanza del secondo cuscino per dormire bene. Palazzo da ristrutturare.

Séjour très bien, on a adoré.
Pros: Récupérer les clés à la BOX (3 mn à pieds du logement). La vidéo envoyée par la conciergerie qui nous explique toutes les actions à faire jusqu'à notre arrivée à l'appartement. Emplacement très bien dans les rues piétonnes du Vieux Nice, proche des commodités : boulangerie au pied de l'appartement, restaurants, Marché au fleurs, mer... On a apprécié de tout faire à pieds.
Cons: Une des chambres donne dans la rue côté pub irlandais : musique et bruit jusqu'à 5 h du matin. Canapé petit pour un logement de 4 personnes, rajouter un fauteuil confort peut être :) Grille pain top pour du pain de maie mais pas pour des baguettes.
