Pros: Really cute little gem of a studio. Fab location for what we were looking for, in Nice Old Town and 4 min walk to the beach. Compact but had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and the aircon in the hot weather worked perfectly. There were just short of a hundred steps to get up to the accommodation, so this won't work for everyone, but we didn't mind the daily exercise!

Cons: Doesn't have a freezer

Pros: Appartamentino carino nella parte storica di Nizza. Ambiente pulito e accogliente con letto comodo, TV grande, doccia funzionale e tutto ciò che occorre per cucinare. Ci è piaciuto molto!

Cons: L' appartamento è al quinto piano e non c'è ascensore ma per noi non è stato un problema.

Emplacement idéal et appartement impeccable

Pros: Emplacement parfait au cœur du Vieux Nice, près des commerces et de nombreux lieux à visiter. Espace cosy, propre et bien décoré. Doté de nombreux équipements (frigo, four, plaques de cuisson et vaisselle). Très bon rapport qualité prix. Check-in très facile.

Cons: Le lit est situé sous un sol en verre lui-même situé sous des Velux sans rideau occultant. On peut donc être réveillé très tôt le matin par la lumière du soleil, ou en pleine nuit par la lumière de la lune. Le verrou de la porte d’entrée est assez sommaire, elle mériterait d’être renforcée pour plus de sécurité (même si le quartier ne semble pas dangereux). Pas de tri pour les poubelles et pas d’accès au local pour les jeter.

Sehr schön und sehr nett in Nizza.

Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Die Wohnung ist im fünften Stock, also hat man auch gleich ein bisschen Sport dabei, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Es ist sehr ruhig in dem Apartment und es ist eine sehr coole Wohnung. Man hat keinen weiten Weg zu diversen Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top und ich kann es nur empfehlen.
