Absolutely perfect. We felt like this apartment was too good to be true. Couldn’t recommend more highly. You will not re

Pros: Location location location! The apartment is in the PERFECT spot. It is right in the middle of Old Town. Everything you want as a tourist in Nice is literally on the doorstep. The apartment is big too with 2 comfortable bedrooms each with an en suite and a fully functioning kitchen. The apartment is well styled too with cute and quirky sculptures and paintings throughout. I will definitely book this apartment again the next time I visit Nice. It was perfect!

Cons: The apartment is on the 3rd floor with steep narrow stairs to get up to it. There is a functioning lift but it is very small and slow. If you are not confident on stairs this may be an issue. As the apartment is in such a good central location there is a little bit of noise at night time that carries up from the street below, this didn’t bother us however it may affect a light sleeper
