Pros: The location. Right in the centre of the old town.

Cons: The apartment was on the fourth floor ie 8 flights of stairs which we knew about. We did however find it difficult but we are in our 70s! The weather was amazing. It needed air conditioning.

Pros: Stan je prostran,udoban i cist,nalazi se na odlicnoj lokaciji u starom gradu na 5 minuta do plaze.Domacica je ljubazna,dozvolila nam je raniji ulazak u smjestaj.Preuzimanje kljuceva je bilo jako jednostavno

Все хорошо, лифт-минус. Но это старый колоритный дом, можно потерпеть и не брать много вещей. Нужно просто продумать это

Pros: Месторасположение, свежий ремонт, подарочки от хозяина.

Cons: Это по сути 5 этаж и без лифта нести вещи тяжело( Почти каждую ночь пьяные туристы орут под окнами.

splendido pied-à-terre al centro di Nizza

Pros: Spazioso e luminoso bivani al centro della vecchia Nizza, fornito di tutte le comodità, forno, microonde, lavatrice, frigo grande, piatti bicchieri..ecc. bagno comodo, con doccia bellissima. Stanza da letto con materasso perfetto e grande armadio! Insomma nulla di meglio.. in più l'host ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino locale, e ci ha subito fornito il phon sotto nostra richiesta. Davvero molto disponibile! Unica cosa da notare è che si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore, quindi ognuno faccia le proprie valutazioni. Detto ciò, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

We highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: This place is awesome—in the old city, close to a giant park for children, near the sea, restaurants and shops all close by, including grocery stores if you want to cook. Very lovely and accommodating staff.

Cons: The only down side is it’s on the fourth floor, no elevator. Not a problem for us (except when carrying our luggage) but could be a challenge for some.
