Cocooning Atmosphère old Nice

Pros: Melvin was a fantastic host and the place is a beautiful space to spend time in Nice ❤️

Pros: Great communication with the host Melvin prior to our arrival and during our stay. Easy check-in instructions. Beautiful place to stay, we loved it and great location.

Cons: The stairs are steep and hard to climb with a heavy suitcase. We were aware of this prior to our stay so it wasn't an issue for us and luckily for me, my husband carried my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs like a trooper

Perfect old Nice location

Pros: Best place to stay in old Nice! Beautiful area, so many shops, restaurants and grocers. The apartment is new and really lovely, clean and has all facilities needed including a washing Machine. Beach is at the end of the street.

Cons: It’s a very steep stair climb to the apartment, there is a lot of noise at night and no blockout curtains so it’s very light. It’s daylight a lot later until about 9:30/10pm so is difficult to sleep particularly with children earlier than this. You can’t drive or get a taxi into old nice so the best way is use the tram and walk down.

Pros: Great location. Has everything you need. Easy check in process.

Cons: A bit noisy as very central. No lift.

Pros: Great location, nice neighborhood, lots of good places to eat...PERA Lebanese food...very good....we would come back to Nice and this place for sure!!!

Very cozy & great location

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It has an excellent location right in the old town and is modern and newly furnished. The host was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach—even without any personal contact. The stairs leading up to the apartment are quite steep, but manageable with normal fitness (just take it slow and hold onto the handrail) – In return, you get a fantastic location, which is simply part of the charm of staying in the old town. We would love to come back!

Perfect a small girls trip

Pros: Cute decor, sofa bed very comfortable and massive. Location so central and amazing to get everywhere.

Cons: No washing pods for the clothes washer.

Stunning flat, perfect location.

Pros: Host allowed us to check in early and the communication overall with him was so good. He left us wine and snacks for when we arrived and sent loads of recommendations which we really appreciated. Flat was stunning although bathroom was very small but due to size of flat this can't be helped. Such a perfect location would definitely recommend.

Cons: Shower was very tricky to use. Host did message us and explain but it still proved tricky at times so might be worth investing in a new easier one.

Lovely modern apt in the old town

Pros: The location of this apartment was excellent, just of one of the many squares and probably the main square in the old town. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and bars all within minutes from the apartment. Also the market and promenade are only walking distance 5 minutes tops but maybe a bit longer as you stop and look at all the shops and restaurants on your way. I would definitely recommend here as a base for travelling Nice and all surrounding areas (Monaco,Eze,Cannes etc.) there are 3 tram stops within 10 minutes walk and the closest is only 2-3 minutes. The train station is close by too it is 3 stops away on the tram which takes about 10 minutes max or a walk will take about 1/2 hr. Also the host of the apartment is so easy to contact and replies quickly and he gave us so many recommendations for food that we couldn’t try them all. Will definitely use again when we return to Nice 👍

Cons: The only thing where the steps to the apartment but didn’t really bother us as we knew what to expect from other reviews and also this is a modern apartment in a really classic Nice old town building. If you don’t like or can’t do steps then probably not for you but otherwise it’s perfect 👌

Excellent Location - Nice Old Town

Pros: Wonderful apartment in the heart of Nice Old Town. Great hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend to other guests.
