I really enjoyed my stay in this cute apartment

Pros: The apartment is very cute and super centrally, located in the old town, but also quiet. I stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. The description shows clearly the five floors of stairs, and also the ladder to the loft bed, so this has to be considered for people who are maybe not very mobile.

Pros: Pretty studio apartment in the heart of the old town , less than 2 minutes from my favourite bar and surrounded by restaurants.

Cons: The stairs ! Not a moan as the advert clearly states the number of floors and the fact there is no lift. My problem was that between booking and arriving, I injured my ankle , but I would still recommend this apartment. I don't need to go to the gym for months now.😁

Pros: Very nice location, in the middle of the city. The apartment is small, but well organized and comfortable.

Pros: Well-appointed kitchen. Great shower. Good cross ventilation. Washing machine was useful. Location in old town was good. Lots of church bells in the mornings.

Cons: 5 flights of stairs is hard at the end of a long day, but doable. No real views, per se. No access to any outdoor space.

nice place in beautiful town

Pros: A charming attic apartment located in the heart of Nice's Old Town. Lovely decor, a new bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The climb is quite steep via a narrow staircase—this didn't bother me, but someone with a larger suitcase or less physical stamina might want to consider it. Aside from that, nothing but positives!

Cons: The only thing that stressed me out was the additional deposit, which had to be paid through some external links. Everything turned out fine—I was aware of it when making the reservation, and the funds were released on the day of departure. However, I thought this would happen within the booking.com service, not through additional sites and external links. I felt uneasy and uncomfortable making such a transaction.

Lovely and comfortable studio in the heart of old Nice

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, just minutes to the beach. Air conditioning kept the studio lovely and cool even while Nice was sweltering.

Cons: Be aware that there are many stairs (5 floors) going up to the flat. Anyone with mobility or respiratory issues may have difficulty.

Pros: Location was amazing and the apartment was spotless so clean and tidy. Very impressed and the bed was super comfy

Cons: A black out blind would be better for a bit more privacy from neighbours but it didn’t overly bother us and could be easily fixed. Nothing bad to say !

Pros: Great location in Old town. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment. It didn’t worry me but be prepared!

A very enjoyable stay in Old Town of Nice

Pros: Superb location and communication with the host. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Bed is comfortable though not suitable if you’re taller than average due to the ceiling height, however it was no problem for us. Overall a really nice and quiet place!

Cons: Note that the TV is not a smart TV and has no English channels or streaming services. Other small issues have been made known to the host and will surely be addressed for the next guest.

Pros: Great location and comfortable facilities at the property, air con was a lifesaver
