Nice little spot
Pros: Great location and a lovely little apartment, very small as is common with the Old Town. Facilities were spot on, and beds were very comfortable. Aircon spot on and everything worked as it should. Very secure entrance as well. Gregory and his staff are amazing and a wealth of information.
Cons: Very narrow and a little cramped for a family of 2.2. And even this is not a criticism as we enjoyed our time. Bathroom gets a bit smelly but again this is common in the old town with a very old sewerage system, again not a criticism but for the information of others.

Old Town Nice Charm
Pros: great location, quiet restful accommodation. great coffee machine. Facilities were bang on. bedroom nicely separated with a door at night.
Cons: couldn't figure out how to turn on the light for the stairs. So had to use our phone every time we went up or down.

It was brilliant!
Pros: The location was on point!Very close to the beach,restaurants,market and some attractions in Nice.The apartment is equipped with everything we need.Airconditioned was a big help as temperature was soaring high in Nice.
Cons: The apartment is located in a very old building ,a bit worrying in case of fire as not seen any fire exit.We were on 3rd floor and there was no lift ,it was a struggle taking 8 suitcases up to the flat.

Brilliant 3 nights in Nice. Smack bang in the middle of old town Nice which is where I would go back
Pros: Brilliant. We dropped in to Bagguys shop and we were met by the operators. So nice, and gave 10-15 mins explaining top tips about the area.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We liked the apartment and the staff was also very professional and helpful. There was plenty of information about what to see, do and eat around. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The little touches like the bottle of rosé wine and the coffee capsules were very appreciated!
Cons: The main bedroom is spacious but the second is on a mezzanine that is quite low. The stairs to the mezzanine are a bit scary and not appropriate for old or very young people. Also, the building is very old and could do with a bit of attention. The charm is there but needs some TLC.

Pros: The property was compact but well placed for visiting Nice, the old town, the port and the tram
Cons: the compact size meant it was difficult to find enough place to store belongings for 5 people

Beach beach beach! And so much fun exploring Old Nice!
Pros: Amazing location- so close to all, including the beach and Castle Hill and market. Worked for our family set up wise. Staff were really wonderful and helpful!!! Useful appliances.
Cons: Naturally in old Nice it was older so AC was working hard and there were a few things to figure out (like keep shower drain covered, best placement of fans, etc). Nothing major!

Pros: Местоположението е отлично – близо до плажа (буквално 3 минути), близо до ресторанти, магазинчета и центъра. Домакините са мили и отзивчиви, много добре подготвени с необходимата за туристи информация и дори с инструкции как се ползва всичко в помещението. Леглата са много удобни. Макар и на централна улица, апартаментът е тих и спокоен. Близо е до градски транспорт – автобуси и трамваи. Има директна връзка с летището.
Cons: Малко е тясно, когато се разпъне дивана. В началото горния етаж може да ви стресне, него не го препоръчвам за високи хора. За няколко дена е оптимално, но за повече дни престой ми могло да създаде неудобство. Това се отнася само за горния етаж, тъй като останалите легла са си удобни.
