A really great place to stay. Up 9 flights of stairs but worth it for the view from balcony.

Pros: Wonderful location in the middle of the old town, and a beautiful view from the balcony which had ample room to sit and eat.

Pros: We loved it! The view from the porch is amazing. Key pick-up was straightforward, the Company managing the place is responsive and the apartment has all one needs. Restaurants, etc very close by and maybe 5 minutes walk to the Promenade along the beach.

Cons: The company is upfront that it is on the fifth floor, that is, up 5 floors from the ground floor. One should consider if that makes sense for you. The stairs are steep and it is a workout. In our opinion, it was well worth it, though. The place is a bit small and one needs to be careful with hot water use to avoid running out prematurely.

Pros: Sehr schöne Lage mit Balkon mit Blick über die Dächer. Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselbox und Code sehr gut organisiert.

Super beliggenhed og flot udsigt

Pros: Beliggenheden, i hjertet af den gamle by i Nice. Udsigten fra terrassen var super flot. Køkken faciliteterne. Aircondition. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Cons: Det ville have været dejligt med en markise på terrassen, der blev meget varmt deroppe. Et dårligt WiFi signal og til tider umuligt at se tv. Rengøringen kunne godt have været bedre, der var støv flere steder.
