Old Town Nice Place Rossetti Themed 2BR Apartment Full Air Conditioning

Fabulous stay in Old Nice, superb location

Pros: Location was superb, had everything we needed. Had a lovely homely feeling.

Cons: There was a sewer smell coming up through the pipes in the shower/sink room.

A warm recommendation!

Pros: Super central, therefore also a bit noisy in the street-sided bedroom in the evening/during night time (but bed was prepared with ear plugs). Very clean and well equipped apartment and a kind host!

Cons: It was all good! Just a little bit of noise in one of the bedrooms.

Pros: It was very noisy at night in the bedroom above the pub.

Perfect location

Pros: The location was superb. Everything we looked up was just around the corner.

Cons: The front room is very noisy. Someone who battles to sleep will not be able to sleep, even with the ear plugs that they supply. The other room is dead quiet.

Perfect for a few nights for me, my mom, daughter and sister.

Pros: Great location in old town just steps away from the markets, shops, restaurants, and bars. Only a few minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating providing extra mattress for reasonable fee.

Cons: It was in a little rowdier section so would not recommend if you have young children.

Highly recommend

Pros: The location, size, facilities and get started bits were brilliant. Really quick communication through the app with any questions we had. Key collection/drop off was super easy too. There is a Virtuoso Nespresso machine, they leave a few pods to get started, we didn't realise until after we had our friends bring extra pods with them, there is a Nespresso shop nearby. Cooking facilities perfect for a few small meals. Extra key inside was really handy.

Cons: Could have done with a picture of the door, the number on the door is high up and same colour as the wall under the pizza restaurant sign. We weren't warned about the noise from the bars and clubs in the street. However, they did provide ear plugs which worked well even though I have tiny ears. If staying in the lounge area or larger bedroom there is no noise.

Very nice apartment

Pros: Very nice apartment, excellent location. Near everything! Near beach, restaurants etc, .place rossetti which is very central. Very nice owner, responding to all demands. Highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment, the best location in the heart of the Old Nice

the unit is adjacent to a bar/club that is open on weekends til 4:30 am, so except some noise on tho

Pros: directions to and codes for the loick box were accurate and easy to execute.

Our stay was fair at this property, the location was convenient but a bit noisy on the weeekend and smoke filtered up fr

Pros: The property location was convenient in Old Towne.

Cons: We found the property wasn’t stocked very well. Example: 2 washer soap pods for a 5-day stay and you need to do a load of towels prior to leaving. I chose the property mid- vacation to be able to do a few loads of wash. Also, one bed had no pillow covers on the bed and pillows were stained. The carpet in the living room was also quite stained.
