Great place Great location

Pros: Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

Cons: We knew there was no air conditioning prior to booking but ventilation was an issue due to the time of the year. Couldn't leave the window open due to noise. The fan provided was a little noisy when on full but did keep us cool during the night.

Pros: Condition and convenience, decor was light and breezy. Location excellent!

Cons: Three flights of stairs with cases can be challenging but not unexpected for this part of Nice.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einer tollen Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage im Herzen von Nizza.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Nizza, nur wenige Minuten von Strand, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt – besser geht es kaum.

Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Parfait pour quelques jours dans le vieux Nice.

Pros: Appartement bien placé dans le Vieux Nice proche des restaurants, bars et plages. Idéal pour passer quelques jours dans le Vieux Nice. Petite cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner des repas à l'appartement. Le marché au cours Saleya est tout proche. Nous n'avons pas eu de contact avec le propriétaire et les clefs de l'appartement sont à récupérer à environ 5-7 minutes de marche dans un petit magasin. Il est possible d'avancer son arrivée et retarder le départ de quelques heures moyennant 25 euros pour chaque service.

Cons: Appartement pas équipé de climatisation. Pas de problèmes pour nous qui sommes venus en avril mais attention durant l'été. Il y a cependant un ventilateur à disposition.
