Would definitely return keeping the lesser strengths in mind.

Pros: The property was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well situated in the old town.

Cons: The apartment isn’t accessible by taxi so older visitors with luggage might need to know that. The entrance and communal stairway were rather rundown and in need of attention so first impressions were rather poor. It was a shame there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival (especially for the non-coffee-drinkers). You could have an honesty box where residents pay for basics?

Nice, modern apartment in old town, perfect for family vacation

Pros: Spacious, well laid-out, great location, great furnishings, modern. Cafes and restaurants, shops, everything just downstairs. We were traveling and homeschooling for a month, this apartment was perfect for that.

Cons: The checkin process was chaotic, and the beds weren’t overly comfortable, but the rest was great.

Pros: The location is perfect, in the heart of old town. I loved opening the shutters out onto the street life, you really feel like a local. When you close the shutters it’s super quiet so you have the best of both worlds. The lounge is very comfortable and the lighting is very homy and cosy, lots of lamps.

Cons: It would have been good to have more than one key so we don’t have to coordinate when we all get home if we split up

Pros: Location was perfect. Very hard to get a decent size room with AC in old Nice. This was great

Cons: There is noise from the street which usually starts around 10 PM and goes upto 2 AM. No serious complaints because it comes with the location. You give up something to have such a wonderful location

Great stay. Perfect location for exploring the French Riviera.

Pros: Location was superb. Right in the Old Town, so many lovely restaurants, bars, shops. Near the beach and harbour and great access to tram/bus/ train for trips further afield. Apartment was beautifully furnished and spotless.

Cons: One set of towels for 6 days isn’t enough. Appreciate there is a washing machine but I don’t want to be doing washing on holiday! Extra pillows would have been good as some of us sleep with 2. Perhaps some basics (bottled water and milk) would be good on arrival, we arrived late when shops were shut.

Modern comfort in the heart of Nice.

Pros: Beautiful, modern, spacious apartment in the middle of the old town. Excellent noise proof windows. Great kitchen.

Cons: One bathroom is inconvenient and without toilet. During the night there is unpleasant noise, mostly 2-3 am. People shout, sing and fight in the streets of the old town. Even though the windows are great - we were waken up every night. Its the problem of the city though, not the apartment.

Pros: Salvatores apartment is in a perfect location. Many restaurants only steps away. 2 minute walk to the promenade. Spotlessly clean. Modern decor. Despite being located amid the hustle of the vibrant old town no noise can be heard when windows closed. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment is spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults. I highly recommend this place.

Cons: There is no balcony which is such a pity as it would be fab to sit out watching the world go by.
