Idéal pour visiter Nice

Pros: Apparemment fonctionnel et confortable Au cœur du Vieux Nice, c'est l'idéal. Commerces et restaurants tout proches. Les clés sont faciles à récupérer en key box.

Cons: Il ne faut pas avoir de difficultés physiques pour monter les 4 étages. Mais ça ne serait pas le vieux nice, sans cette vue de haut sur la rue pietonne.

Nice and clean studio in Old Nice.

Pros: Nice location in old Nice, the apartment is clean and quiet, nice bathroom and a small kitchen with coffee machine etc. Walking distance to the beach. It looks exactly like the pictures. Communication with Boris and Jérôme was good all way through. Good value for money.

Cons: We didn’t read about the required 500€ deposit before we did the booking, so it was an unwelcome surprise. However it was all reimbursed at check-out. I’m tall, and the bed is 2 meters long with a wall in each end, which was uncomfortable because of my height. The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, so you have to be prepared for that.
