Loved it, not cheap but at the end of the day well worth it

Pros: Location is outstanding, and quiet, restaurants, beach all just a moments walk away

Cons: Minor issues - no tea towels supplied in an apartment with no dishwasher, perhaps a small milk in the fridge would be nice & clearer instructions on where the rubbish bin is behind the building

This is a very good apartment for its price.

Pros: Nice and affordable accomodation with particulary sea view. Well equiped, clean and comfortable for 2 persons at a fantastic location.

Cons: No elevator, just a narrow corridor. You have to pay deposit.

Pros: There is no better location for accommodation in Nice. The room was spacious and the facilities were very good. The staff was very helpful and fast in solving problems. We loved it.

Cons: The only bad thing is that since we stayed in winter, we warmed up with air conditioning since there was no central heating. We had a little problem because I have allergies, but it is not a problem caused by the facility, so it deserves full points.

Nice flat with many facilities

Pros: It is located close to the beach and lots of restaurants around. The balcony is cute and there’s lots of facilities you can use and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Cons: 3 indoor chairs provided are very fragile and wobbly, so we have to switch them with the outdoor chairs in balcony. The toilet door handles are loosen. No lift.

A Nice Apartment Close to the Action

Pros: The hotel has a great location. It's very near the chic part of Nice and not far from the sea. It's also modern, the building appeared to have been updated recently. You can actually see a little of the see from the balcony overlooking the street, which was nice. The air conditioning works well and there are also nice big windows to let in the breeze and plenty of light. The windows are also fairly sound proof. All the rooms--bedroom, living, kitchen area, bath--had all the necessary basics. The apartment has a simple kitchen--stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a decent selection of pots and pans and a few dishes and glasses.

Cons: The apartment is centrally located but that also means that there is a lot of street noise at all hours. It wasn't easy to sleep with the windows open despite the pleasant weather. The furniture is flimsy and for some reason there are only three dining chairs. And those dining chairs were scary. They squeaked so much I thought they would break every time I sat in one. In fact, one of the balcony chairs did break. The kitchen tools, also, are a random selection of the cheapest available gathered by someone who clearly doesnt cook. The wine opener in particular would likely embarrass any self respecting French person. Although there is an oven, there were no baking pans. In summary, a modern centrally located apartment but don't plan on cooking anything there other than coffee.

There is always something new to explore in and around Nice.

Pros: Perfect location, and a very comfortable and manageable apartment.

Cons: Being on the second floor meant it was a bit tiring to go up and down for a senior. Would have been nice if a teapot had been provided.

Pros: The Location was perfect, room was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Instructions to get from the airport to the reception and then onto the room were spot on. Would definitely stay here again

Cons: There was a 3 day rock concert in the park at the end of the road. The temporary stage partially obstructed the sea view and there was loud music from the afternoon until 11.30 pm Nothing the owners could do about this though. I don’t know how often these events are held- it could be worth checking before booking. The bathroom is en-suite with the bedroom which might be a problem if someone was using the sofa bed in the living room.
