Spacious period property in the old town with amazing view from the terrace

Pros: The view was breathtaking. It is a lot of steps and you have to plan trips in and out of the apartment, but location and view definitely worth it. Apartment is very spacious, Kitchen fully equipped. Good size bedrooms. It's in the middle of the old town, but no issues with the noise. Bottle of wine on arrival was a nice thouch

Cons: It is a period property, that we liked, but some minor repairs expected. Some sockets loose from the walls and bigger bathrooms door handle very wobbly and one of us almost got stuck inside. Smaller bathroom sink tap not secure.

Great location. Great character.

Pros: I liked the great communication from the host. Great location and character property.

Cons: All was good. There are eight flights of stairs which some people may not like but it was part of the amazing character of the building

Great way to experience Old Town Nice and have a unique rooftop view of the city and sunset.

Pros: Kitchen area and eating area is great - no need to eat out. If you have kids that can walk the few floors of stairs, it is a great place. Kids will love the home and the amenities/toys available to play. The rooftop sunset view is once in a lifetime memory if you get it on the right day which we did.

Cons: If you can't do the stairs or have little babies you need to carry, it could be difficult.

Pros: The location is ideal -- in the heart of old Nice within walking distance of everything. There are a lot of steps to reach the apartment - 8 flights total (4 stories) - but the view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning. It is well worth the climb to have the rooftop sitting area, but individuals with mobility difficulties or small children might have difficulty with accessing the apartment, The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and the noise from below was not bad at all even when the night life was hopping beneath us - we slept well. The owner was very responsive and kind and was a pleasure to interact with in coordinating things related to our stay.

Cons: I think we were the 8th people to stay in the apartment since the owner started to offer it to guests. It is actively being worked on and updated, and some parts of the interior still need to be addressed and updated. It is a unique property in an ideal location, though, and I am confident that the owner will continue to make needed updates and improvements for future guests.

Pros: Location was great. The rooftop was unique and good but access to it tricky. Apartment was spacey and rooms decent Two big bathrooms Kitchen good Key pick up easy from key box as we arrived at a late time

Cons: Access to rooftop is tricky but the 85 steps to the apartment are a challenge! You have to be choiceful on when you go in and out, because you dont want to do those anymore than a couple of times a day Please put the WIFI code and where to find air con remotes etc on a sheet as part of welcome pack. We dont want to keep disturbing the owners with silly questions.

Charmerende gammel lejlighed

Pros: Dejlig stor og rummelig lejlighed, og rigtig god beliggenhed. Charmerende gammelt hus, med skæve gulve og rum. Skøn tagterrasse med den skønneste udsigt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Cons: Lejligheden er slidt, og malingen i loftet i soveværelset hang i laser.

Toller Ausblick mit erlebnisreichem Aufstieg

Pros: Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war grandios. Über Nizza hatte man eine gute Aussicht. Der Wasserfall, das Meer und auch die Berge sind bei gutem Wetter zu sehen. Einfach traumhaft.

Cons: Gefühlt hundert Stufen muss man gehen, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Es war 13 Uhr Check in ausgewiesen, aber leider nicht möglich. Die Reinigung war bis zirka 15 Uhr noch vor Ort. Wir konnten zumindest schon 14 Uhr hinein. Toilettendeckel war kaputt, die Stufen zur oberen Etage und zur Dachterrasse haben Risse und sind nichts für schwache Nerven.

Fabulous home

Pros: Location in Old Nice. The roof garden and that the owners had thought of everything visitors might need.

Cons: The stairs were a challenge on Day 1 but by Day 7 we had gotten used to them.

Lovely, rustic apartment with amazing roof rooftop view that could use a few minor improvements.

Pros: The view and the location is what you come for. It was perfect. Lovely rooftop terrace overlooking Old Nice and the sea. Just beautiful.

Cons: The property is advertised as an air-conditioned apartment. We found it to be one air-conditioned bedroom. A few electrical outlets were loose and not secured to the wall. One non air-conditioned bedroom ceiling fan did not have a remote and so we could not turn it on. Shower was slow to drain and showerhead kept sliding down and was not stable.

Perfekt. Werden wir weiterempfehlen und bei einem nächsten Nizzaaufenthalt sicher wieder buchen.

Pros: Es ist die perfekte Unterkunft um in Nizzas Leben einzutauchen.
