Pros: Apartmán moc příjemný, byl skvěle vybavený. Vše zrekonstruované, moderní prostředí. Komunikace velmi rychlá.
Cons: Vchod do domu je děsivý, ale není se čeho bát, jedná se jen o starou stavbu ;)

Overall, an excellent stay!
Pros: Location was very convenient to transportation, restaurants, & shopping.
Cons: Too many steps to climb as the apartment was on the 3rd floor (USA terminology 4th floor). Would have been helpful if the stairs to the loft bedroom had a railing. This was not a surprise as the description and pictures disclosed it.

Pros: •\tPosizione centralissima, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. \t•\tZona molto vivace, circondata da ristoranti, locali e servizi: tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. \t•\tAppartamento piccolo ma curato, accogliente e arredato con gusto. \t•\tIl sistema di check-in automatizzato permette flessibilità negli orari, utile per chi arriva tardi o vuole gestirsi in autonomia.
Cons: •\tLa zona è leggermente rumorosa, soprattutto di sera e durante la notte, a causa della presenza di un club proprio sotto casa e di numerosi locali nelle vicinanze. \t•\tL’appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, e le scale sono piuttosto ripide: può essere faticoso salire, soprattutto con valigie o per chi ha difficoltà motorie. \t•\tLa struttura è in zona pedonale, quindi non accessibile in auto: bisogna organizzarsi in anticipo per il trasporto bagagli. \t•\tGli asciugamani forniti non erano sufficienti per il numero di ospiti. \t•\tIl check-in si effettua a circa 200 metri di distanza, in un negozio accessibile con codice, dove si trova una cassettina con la chiave: non c’è accoglienza né personale in loco, e le istruzioni vengono fornite solo via messaggio. \t•\tUnica finestra che affaccia su un piccolo patio interno chiuso, con poca luce naturale e nessuna vista.

Bien situé !
Pros: Une table plus grande serait mieux, des patères au mur pour accrocher nos manteaux serait très utiles ! Appartement très correct sinon, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas profiter mieux de la tv qui est à utiliser avec des applications (rien compris 😂). Je recommande cette location !

Pros: Одлична локација, на 4 минута од плаже и станице црвеног трамваја. Веома добро опремљена кухиња и цео апартман, од апарата за кафу и кување воде, тостера, до пегле...
Cons: Кауч није био распремљен када смо стигли после поноћи, па смо морали сами да га расклопомо и приметили смо да је један део сломљен. Видели смо са су се на то жалили и претходни посетиоци. Замолили смо домаћицу да оставимо пртљаг у смештају, али није одговарала на поруке док нисмо изашли.

It was a great location and clean apartment but a few small things could be improved.
Pros: The location was excellent and the apartment is very clean and modern.
Cons: It seemed to lack little things like a tray for soap in the shower, towel bars, no handrail for steps (rather dangerous for older). A bit annoying. Communication was pretty good, though I arrived after a long trip to find the bike store (where key was to be retrieved) closed. We got hold of the manager and after about 45 minutes got the key from another location.

Pros: Fijn appartement, overal dichtbij. Het fijne was dat er boven ook een toilet was.
Cons: Het aantal trappen lopen om het appartement te bereiken. Appartement zit op de derde verdieping.

Pros: Lloc molt cèntric per visitar tot el casc antic. Restaurants i platja tot a cinc minuts a peu.
Cons: Faltaria millorar algun mobiliari com el sunyer del llit.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Niza.
Pros: Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación en el centro y cerca de toda la vida nocturna y restaurantes. El apto es silencioso a pesar de estar en el centro lo que es muy conveniente.
Cons: El colchon de la cama es incomodo y algunos platos estaban desportillado pero el dueño me dijo que serian reemplazados para los futuros clientes.
