Pros: Perfect location, cozy and clean place, small touch (wine and snacks at arrival) made our stay very pleasant. Thank you Marly!

Cons: I didn't find the bed (sofabed) and the pillows confortable.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quick communication and came to check us in and check us out. Great location very close to the square, old town, train station and tram stop. Room was very tidy and clean. Much bigger then expected and had a full kitchen. bed was a pull out bed but was actually quite comfy. plenty of free snacks, water and champagne was provided

Cons: bed squeaked a little bit but wasn't too bad.

This place was excellent

Pros: This place was amazing. 10 minute walk to the beach and the train lines to explore other areas of Nice. Sarah was an amazing host, Super easy to react out to. The place was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had a lovely time there and generally would stay there again.

Cons: Nothing, really just that I couldn’t work out the washing machine but Sarah and Marly did end up helping me over the phone.

Pros: The apartment is close to everything. You can access the old town, the beach and the train station in 10 minutes on foot. There are shops and supermarkets around and it's easy to get to from the airport.

Cons: The sofa bed was not comfortable by the end of our stay, but the positives outweight this aspect.

Pros: Marley greeted us when we arrived and even allow to check in earlier. She was super helpful and friendly. Gave us a few recommendations with regards to nearby small, picturesque cities to visit. The apartment was cozy, located in the close proximity to beach and old town, next to Massena square. Excellent location.

Pros: Excellent location, close to old town and promenade and quiet at night. Very spacious room.

Rugby visit to Nice

Pros: Brilliant location in the heart of nice without being noisy. All the people we interacted with were very good with communication and very helpful. The place was extremely clean and tidy which is a big plus. Would stay here again!

Cons: Shame that the bed is only a pull-out sofa bed. It could be a little more comfortable but for shorter stays up to a week it's really not that a big a deal. The rest of the apartment was ideal.

Cons: I don’t think it’s reasonable that we were given only two rolls of toilet paper for a 6 day stay, had to go searching for more pillows were uncomfortable
