Loved it ! cozy and great location

Pros: The apartment felt super cozy and modern — like a little home in the middle of Nice. The balcony over Rue Jean Médecin was great for people-watching with a coffee in the morning. It had everything we needed: proper air con in every room (so nice in the summer!), a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and even an en-suite bathroom which made things easier since we were a group. The self check-in was super easy, and the location is just perfect. We walked everywhere — Place Masséna, Old Nice, the beach... even getting here from the airport was simple. Honestly, we’d totally come back. It’s the kind of place you settle into quickly and don’t want to leave.

Perfect Place - great location

Pros: Stylish, central, and incredibly comfortable! This apartment is a gem! Everything feels brand new and thoughtfully designed. Located right on Jean Médecin, you're literally steps away from shops, restaurants, the Old Town, the beach, and all the action. Despite being central, the apartment was calm and relaxing. We especially appreciated the air conditioning in every room — a lifesaver in the summer — and the easy self check-in process. The en-suite bathroom was a great touch, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Quick tram access from the airport made it super convenient. I’d stay here again without hesitation!

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional stay in the heart of Nice! This brand new apartment exceeded all our expectations. It’s located right on Rue Jean Médecin, with a sunny balcony overlooking the street — perfect for a morning coffee. The apartment is warm, modern, and very well laid out, with air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, and even an en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms. The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk from Place Masséna, the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais, and the beach. Self check-in was seamless, and getting here from the airport was super easy by tram. A fantastic base for exploring Nice. Highly recommended!
