All 3 of us enjoyed staying in this apartment. Will stay again when in Nice next

Pros: 1. Apartment is new, clean and comfortable; 2 bedrooms 1 queen and 2 twins beds with 2 toilets/shower was perfect for 3 of us 2. Very good location - shops and restaurants just few meters from apartment 3. Good access to trams/buses - Massena tram stop & Jean Medecin tram stop to airport about 150m from apartment; Nice train station is only 2 tram stops from Massena tram stop 4. Anthony was very helpful - provided good advice on transport and restaurant recommendations

Pros: Great location. Very well maintained. Comfortable and pleasant to have somewhere to sit outside to eat.

Pros: Exellent location, clean, two toilets and 2 showers. Suitable for families - two bedrooms. Nice big balcony. TV with netflix. Quiet street. Everything was working properly.

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location. The garage is spacious. Many gadgets. Flexible check-in and check-out.

Cons: The apartment was clean but not everything worked well like the dishwasher, the electric blind, one sink was clogged. I have not been notified at arrival. Would not have been a big deal, but at arrival I had to fill out and sign a paper which makes me liable of any damage loosing the deposit up to 500 Euros. The attendant was not willed to resolve these issues, I had to contact the main office which I believe is out of the country. They resolved these issues fairly quickly. - The 2 single beds are for children only.

Pros: The apartment is quiet and central, is very well divided and has good facilities and it is comfortable. There is access to the terrace from every room and the terrace is large enough to sit and chill comfortably. It is close to the beach and to public transport, there is an underground parking space. There are many cozy bars and cafes nearby. We felt very comfortable and there was a very nice service at reception and on departure.

Pros: Superbe logement en plein cœur de Nice à proximité de toutes les animations. Appartement dans résidence surveillée. Spacieux, super bien aménagé et d'une propreté exemplaire. Merci à Anthony pour son accueil chaleureux !

Pros: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum von Nizza. Alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur zu empfehlen!

Perfekt zur Erkundung der Stadt

Pros: super Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Tipps für Gastro bekommen.

Cons: Couch sehr unbequem, Einweisung nicht optimal. Wir wären am Abreisetag nicht aus der Garage gekommen, wenn uns nicht ein Bewohner mit seinem Transponder geöffnet hätte. Tor ging nicht automatisch auf.

Pros: Localisation extraordinaire dans une résidence classe avec ascenseur, parking box fermé, très calme. Appartement très bien structuré. Linge et vaisselle très bien fournis.

Cons: L'entretien de l'appartement laisse à désirer : lave-vaisselle abimé, porte congélateur cassée, hotte HS, plafonnier cuisine cassé, étendoir à linge rafistolé avec scotch ! A l'arrivée, vaisselle sale et ménage mal fait, poubelle sale, drap taché.... Chauffage dans une des salles de bains inopérant.
