Perfect location in the heart of Nice, just steps away from shops, restaurants, and the beach.
Pros: The location was perfect – everything was within easy reach: restaurants, cafés, the promenade, and tram stops. The train station is also nearby, just two tram stops away. The apartment is situated on a quiet street, yet right in the heart of the action.

Lovely apartment, perfect location, great host
Pros: Location was perfect, very central but on a quiet street so no external noise. The apartment was in a gated area so felt secure. There was a great little supermarket a few minutes walk away and the tram was just round the corner. Everything was clean and modern, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. The balcony was spacious and overlooked a peaceful garden. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom had blackout blinds so we slept really well. Xavier was very responsive before and during our stay which was reassuring if we had any problems (which we didn’t). We loved Nice and Xavier’s apartment was perfect, I would definitely recommend it.
Cons: Nothing to dislike, it was a lovely apartment.

Pros: Très bel accueil de notre contact, disponible et chaleureux. Appartement près de Massena et de la plage, calme très propre, clair, spacieux et décoré avec goût. Literie excellente. Beaucoup d’attentions et de détails pour le bien être des locataires : café, thé pastilles lave vaisselle, lessive. Grande terrasse sans vis à vis sur petite rue calme Tv et clim chauffage faciles d’utilisation. Fabuleux. Nous le recommandons vivement
Cons: L’exposition exclut le soleil en hiver sur la terrasse et dans l’appartement car il est trop bas mais restez très clair exposition idéale l’été.

Pros: Апартаменты удобно расположены, в двух минутах ходьбы от площади Массена, но окна выходят в тихий, очень красивый двор с садом и фонтаном. Апартаменты полностью соответствуют фото, но на самом деле выглядят даже лучше. Проблем с передачей ключей не было. По нашему сообщению о времени приезда, хозяин уже поджидал нас перед входом, проводил в квартиру, всё рассказал, показал. В апартаментах чисто, сантехника в полном порядке, всё в хорошем состоянии. На кухне полный набор посуды, как для сервировки, так и для приготовления пищи, есть бокалы, кофемашина. Есть капсулы для стиральной машины. Балкон большой, красиво оформлен, мы всегда завтракали на балконе и любовались видом на сад с фонтаном.

Pros: Très bien situé, proche de tout, bien aménagé, petite terrasse fort agréable, lit confortable, cuisine bien équipée même un grille-pain:)
Cons: Peut-être un manque de consignes concernant le recyclage bouteilles, contenants, etc…

Excellent accommodation in the very heart of the city, with a lovely view of the garden
Pros: The apartment has the most wonderful view of the garden with a fountain. The host was extremely kind, and everything was just perfect.

Super séjour
Pros: L'emplacement dans Nice et le calme de la rue tout en étant au coeur de Nice. La clim bien importante pendant les grosses chaleurs. De plus la clim est très silencieuse La terrasse très agréable et bien placée car à l'ombre pendant les heures chaudes. Lit double confortable salle de bain spacieuse et douche très correcte
Cons: Il manque juste une cafetière à filtres
