Convenient location

Pros: Very convenient location, in the city centre, close to shops/restaurants and old town, but also relatively close to the train station. Room was OK, but slightly overpriced for its condition. It was clean but some refurbishment is needed. There were free coffee capsules to use, which was convenient. Kitchen sponge was new. There were full washing liquid, shampoo and body shower.

Cons: The sofa bed for the kids in the lounge was a bit noisy and squeaky. There were limited toilet rolls for 4 days.

Pros: The apartment is clean, has everything for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect.

Perfect location, Cozy stay

Pros: 1) Location was perfect (Zara building), 1km distance from Nice Ville station so within the walking range even with some luggage, great accessibility to shopping spot and grocery store, near from Place Masséna but having minimal distance to avoid the noise from the crowded area. 2) Room was tidy and clean, towel was enough, some tableware was bit old but had no issue with it, all home appliances worked fine 3) Property owner was responsive with the Booking.com messages and kindly provided all needed support. 4) Elevator! as many of Nice property have no lift

Cons: 1) Key location. It is not far at all from the property door and owner's instruction was correct. But the problem is, there are 4 to 5 similar key box in the nearby trees, and the correct box is the last one. I was little embarrassed when the code was not working at the first wrong key box. 2) Coffee pot better to be replaced due to limescale inside.

A great base to explore Nice.

Pros: Great location, very peaceful and quiet. Shower was lovely and hot with great pressure. The sofa bed was a bit squeaky.

Wonderful apartment with a perfect location!

Pros: The owner of the apartment was super attentive, and everything was very well explained by the staff! Clean and well located apartment.

Pros: Doskonała lokalizacja obiektu, w samym centrum miasta, niedaleko plaża, restauracje, zabytki, stacja tramwaju numer 2, który jedzie z lotniska. Mieszkanie przestronne nawet dla rodziny, dobrze wyposażone. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem obiektu, w przypadku problemów odpowiada bezzwłocznie. Polecam :)

Cons: Szkoda, że nie było dwóch kompletów kluczy do obiektu.

Pros: Apartament bardzo ładnie wyposażony, wystarczający dla 3 osób. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Kuchnia zaopatrzona dobrze, choć nie było potrzeby używania. Położenie znakomite - blisko do promenady i do starego miasta.

Cons: Rozkładana sofa w salonie skrzypiąca i niezbyt wygodna.

Pros: As instalações são perfeitas, muito confortável, e o necessário para uma excelente estadia em Nice . Perto de tudo, muito fácil de se locomover.

Cons: Apenas tem que ter atenção na retirada das chaves pois o local indicado tem outras caixas e possível haver confusão, isto aconteceu conosco e quase ficamos na rua pois pegamos a chave errada, minha sugestão deveria ter alguma identificação, um adesivo uma cor, qualquer coisa para diferenciar das demais. Ah outra sugestão, como se trata de praia poderia ter um guarda sol e uma esteira, para levar a praia, seria um plus ..

Comfortable, quiet stay in a fantastic location.

Pros: Excellent location. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped.

Cons: Obtaining the keys was a bit challenging but we were able to figure it out.
