Very pleasant stay in the heart of Nizza close to everything

Pros: Location, size, equipment. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and we had a very friendly welcome! The apartment is perfectly located. All sight like the place Massena, the Cours Saleya as well as the beach, bars, restaurants and shops are close and you can walk everywhere. The train stationiert day trips to Cannes or Monaco is just a 15mins walk away. Parking was provided for 20€/day in a parking garage just behind the apartment building. If we come back to Nizza, we would definitely book this apartment again.

Pros: Location was perfect, apartment have everything that you need and more, it's clean and pretty, hosts are amazing

Cons: There was some smell in the bathroom and bed in living room makes noice, but this was not a big deal

Superb apartment and excellent location

Pros: Everything. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was spotless and had so much space. It was right in the centre and within walking distance of the train station, old town and the promenade. Despite being a city centre location it was pretty quiet. The bed was super comfy, constant hot water, fab shower, washing machine, double sink in the bathroom and lots of wardrobe space. It was plenty big for 4 people and the sofa bed was excellent. The host was great and we definitely plan a return visit. Highly recommend this property. It’s better than many of the hotels. Certainly 5* standard.

Cons: I loved everything. There are no negatives.

Pros: Rigoletto Massena is a beautiful, cozy apartment in the perfect location — right in the heart of everything. The place had a warm, charming feel that made it feel like a home away from home. The highlight was the hospitality. The owner gave us such a warm welcome and even went out of their way to accommodate a late check-in, which we truly appreciated. That kind of personal touch made a big difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with great service!

The best accommodation in Nice

Pros: he accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was clean, fully equipped and located in a great location. The host was very nice, personally handed over the keys, prepared nice refreshments, etc. I rate it as the best.

Very pleased with this stay. Definitely going back. This apartment had everything we needed.

Pros: I liked everything about this apartment. The location was supreme. At the time of our stay, the temperatures were over +30C and the apartment had A/C in both rooms. That was very good.

Spacious apartment in a heart of Nice!

Pros: Excellent location, friendly and lovely hosts, apartment had everything you need for the stay - even umbrella and bags for food shopping. Has an elevator, which is very helpful considering apartment is on the 4th floor. Apartment lobby has gorgeous large mirrors which were great for photos :D in case any girls are reading...

Cons: Could have more toilet roll if you are staying longer than 2 nights. there were only 2 coffee pods for 3 people, so could not have coffee at the apartment first morning as there was not enough for three of us. Very minor things that can easily be resolved.

Great host, very comfortable sofa bed, lovely appartment in a superb location.

Pros: Light, airy, well equipped, comfortable and great location.

Cons: Was a little noisy at night if you have windows open.

Pros: Location was excellent. Sarah the host was lovely and welcoming. The flat was modern and well eqipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Check in and check out had to be booked with the host at a particular time. Would have been nice to just have access to key to flat in a secure black box. We had to pay a €300 deposit in cash when we arrived at the property. Ive stayed at many airbnbs around the world and we have never been asked for a cash deposit. Now i have all my Euros that i dont really need.

Fabulous stay

Pros: Everything you ever need was included in the property, was offered an early check in and late check out. Owner was very attentive and helpful with help getting to and from the airport
