A peaceful apartment in the heart of Nice

Pros: The accommodation is located in an excellent spot on Nice’s main avenue. Despite being right in the city center, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. The avenue is well connected by direct tram lines, making it very easy to reach Nice’s main train station. The seaside is also very close — just a pleasant walk through the center and you are already at the beach. During the winter, this location is even more special thanks to its proximity to the Christmas market. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything you might need. Marly and Sarah, the hosts, are extremely kind and friendly, and arranging check-in and check-out with them was very easy. 🥰

Excellent host, location & facilities

Pros: Perfectly situated on the main street, Jean Medecin, providing easy access to the beach, shops & restaurants & train station. The tramway stop is also very close. Check-in & out was effortless with the host arriving on time for both. The studio was equipped with everything we needed. It was great to be provided with items to wash up & clean with. The host had also provided snacks & drinks. All in all an excellent experience.

Cons: All was positive.. nothing negative to say at all. I've stayed in Nice a number of times & this was by far the best accommodation in terms of location, facilities & cleanliness.

Pros: Excellent location. The host is a sweetheart. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. The apartment has all the amenities you can think of. Highly recommend.

Pros: Всё очень понравилось- и район и сама студия и очень любезная хозяйка. Все мелочи были учтены. Всё, всё необходимое и даже больше:). Как дома. Я переживала немного из-за дивана, который раскладывается в кровать. Но зря - спать было удобно. Приветственные напитки и маленькие закуски тоже пришлись очень кстати. Обязательно вернемся

Excelente localização no melhor custo benefício.

Pros: A acomodação é maior do que aparenta nas fotos, está nova, é bonita, bem equipada e bem conservada. Tinha tudo o que precisávamos e alguns extras de cortesia da anfitriã que foi muito gentil. A localização é a melhor possível. A cama é confortável. Viajei com uma amiga e amamos! Recomendo.

Cons: O Wi-Fi é realmente muito ruim.

Mysig liten studio med fint läge i Nice

Pros: Mysig liten lägenhet med fantastiskt läge nära gamla stan, tågstationen och havet. Badrummet var jättefint! Trevligt välkomnande!

Cons: Hade varit bra med sänglampor.

Pros: This is fantastic option, flat is very cozy, clean, modern. Location is great, central, close to everything, yet it is quiet and easy to rest after busy day.
