Thoroughly enjoyable. Ideal for old town, beach and train for excursions.

Pros: Excellent location with tram stop right outside the door. Comfortable, well equipped unit. Very quiet apartment. Highly recommend.

Cons: Lift was out of order at one point. Slightly noisy plumbing

Fantastic location and well equipped

Pros: Fantastic location, small but well equipped apartment which we found to be great for two people over a short break. The procedure to collect keys was very clear and easy with excellent instructions. Thereafter the owners rep (Julien) was easy to contact for guidance etc. (We had to report finding a damaged window blind but that was a very minor issue for us and did not affect our stay). The building is old but very secure and we found it to be a great base to explore central Nice and the Old Town which was just a short walk away

Cons: The bed mattress was a bit too firm for our liking but that is a matter of personal preference

Excellent location and perfect value for money

Pros: The apartment was right in the city centre, very easy to reach (from both the airport and your strolls around the city) and the fact that the view was not of the main street was a bonus - because we were not bothered by the tram or the crowds. We got very detailed instructions of how to reach the apartment and how to collect the key (with pictures and everything) and we had everything we needed and more (like a hairdryer, for example). It's also a good place for a longer stay - the kitchenette is very well equipped and the bathroom also includes a washing machine. The extra blankets in the bedroom closet are also really helpful in the colder season and the air conditioning works perfectly as well.

Cons: Nothing that really bothered us - especially since we spent so little time inside, but don't expect it to be spotless or for furniture/appliances to be the newest. However, everything works as expected, the bathroom seemed really clean (which is the most important thing for me), it was quiet and its location was just perfect. Just an FYI that the elevator didn't work for an entire day - it's an older type and this might happen frequently - but this is not something the hosts can control and it's not a big deal since it's not a super tall building.

we loved the security and the location snd the apartment was extremely comfortable for a couple

Pros: the location is exceptional with the tram right outside the door, and the beach a short walk away. loads of restaurants and a supermarket right there. a short walk and you are in the beautiful old town or just around the corner all the high end shops. it is an old building, but the apartment has been very tastefully decorated it is also extremely secure with an elevator and air-conditioning in the main area.

Cons: a couple of maintenance issues could be attended to. I think the previous visitor may have damaged the blinds and the handle on the bathroom cabinet and there had been no time to fix between visitors. we did not adjust the blinds (no need to) but if we had wanted to, it was clear we would break them. replacing them would make people feel more comfortable I think.

Très bon séjour en période de carnaval, tout est à proximité.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé, très proche de la place Massena. Le tram est juste devant la porte d’entrée, et les différentes lignes et la gare SNCF sont très proches à pied. Tout cela permet de visiter les alentours sans voiture.

Cons: Tout était au top.

Appartement très bien situé

Pros: Appartement très propre et exceptionnellement bien situé surtout pour le carnaval de Nice. Au centre ville avec l'arrêt de Tram devant la porte. Appartement bien équipé. Arrivée en autonomie.

Cons: Pour nous il manquait juste une table basse devant le canapé pour faire l'apéro ou poser son livre, ses lunettes, son téléphone ...

Fraud don’t give them deposits, you won’t get refund

Pros: Alert🛑 They are fraud they don’t refund the deposit of 250 euros. No help from anyone for so long after continuous follow up. They will give you fake link of payment . After confirming that they have refunded it i didn’t got it . They don’t receive calls also
