Pros: Everything was perfect, proximity to the sea, ease of transportation and the host's quick and friendly response to every issue. I wish I could have spent more time. But I look forward to coming again.

Excellent value for money

Pros: The location is just fabulous 5 min walk to metro 10 min walk to Ville station 5 min walk to the promenade Right on the Main Street of Nice Nice sofa bed and upper bed Good A/c They kindly let us keep the luggage for the day as there was a late check in .

Cons: We were asked to check in late as a new washing machine and fridge were being installed.Apparently it had been broken by the previous guests and repair work was going on ,but I guess there was nothing that the staff could do about that.

Excellent home from home

Pros: Fantastic location - close to shops and beach, tram 1 outside the front door and tram 2 that links to the airport a 2 min walk. Apartment has all amenities to make it a home from home. Despite being on main street it is quiet when windows are closed.

Cons: Keybox has been put on upside down so trying to put the keys back in is a nightmare! They left us half a toilet roll for 3 people for a week, think this is something that should be provided.
