Pros: Fantastic apartment with a huge comfortable patio. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. The design is attractive and quirky; anyone over 5' tall must be careful on the upper floor because of low ceilings. Getting the key was easy from the lock box.

Cons: The payment interface for the security deposit was difficult. Wish it could have been done through Booking instead. Suggestion: There is actually too much furniture on the patio. Get rid of 2 - 4 chairs.

Pros: Flat was beautifully decorated and location was brilliant, needing were comfortable, we were family Of 3 so we slept in different room which was great.

Cons: The host first was rude, then they only contacted us through booking.com messages which Were late to arrive at my email box, they refused to communicate by what’s up, which was Strange.

A fabulous apartment in the heart of Nice

Pros: This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Nice. Equipped with a large roof terrace, in the winter you can sit and absorb the sun, which for travellers from Northern climes, feels nothing short of miraculous. The apartment is beautifully equipped, particularly the kitchen, so if you want to stay for longer, you can easily cook for yourself and buy fresh ingredients in the local markets.

Pros: Great apartment in the heart of Nice. What you see in the photos is a true representation of the property. Quality furnishings, this is a great apartment.

Cons: The head room on the upper level bedrooms is limited.

Pros: Sijainti oli loistava, kattoterassi ihana ja asunto juuri sopivan kokoinen. Matkustimme 6 henkilön ystäväporukalla. Plussaa ilmastoinnista ja 2 kylpyhuoneesta.

Cons: Wi-fiä ei ollut ja pyyhkeitä olisi saanut olla enemmän

Pros: Buena zona, tranvía en la puerta, cerca de la playa, muy amplio, buenas camas, televisión con varias opciones, terraza espectacular, sin ruido por las noches, aire acondicionado,

Cons: Almohadas muy blandas para mi gusto. Faltaban paños de cocina. La bañera muy bonita pero poco práctica. Solo había una llave de la casa, mejor tener otra para salir por separado. Las llaves mejor dejarlas en la casa y no tener que llevarlas de nuevo al candado. No se sabe cual es el timbre para llamar desde el portal de fuera.

Cons: Wel wat lage plafonds in slaapkamer boven en weinig verduistering

Stay was excellent, and staff was attentive! We had a great time staying here.

Pros: We loved the apartment, especially the terrace! Kitchen was nice and having a washer was convenient.

Cons: Need hand towels/paper towels in the kitchen, and wash cloths for shower.
