Clean, spacious, and well-equipped with great access to transport, restaurants, and cafés
Pros: Bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, the accommodation offered a comfortable stay with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and cafés, plus great amenities like fan/AC, a washing machine and an office nearby for any enquiries.
Cons: The downside was that one of the rooms felt a bit cramped, with limited space for suitcases, no cupboard, and no mirrors, so we had to store our luggage downstairs in the living room. It was also quite noisy in the other room, as it’s next to the road, you can hear cars and people constantly, making it difficult to sleep with the window open.

Cons: A booklet or an explanation from the host would have been great to explain the facilities within the apartment as there was none.

The location made our stay easy, relaxing and memorable.
Pros: The location was amazing. It’s my favourite thing about the property. We were very close to the old town and the Promenade but at the same time far enough from all the noise. Other than that the staff is very helpful, the apartment and keys were easy to find, it was clean and it was very well equipped.
Cons: Needs a little bit more light.

Perfect location and perfect apartment
Pros: Very spacious, clean, everything we needed was there, the beds were comfortable, the location was perfect, close to the beach and the city center, the building was quiet, no noise coming from the neighbors.
Cons: The water temperature in the shower was very difficult to set, it was either boiling or cold. Also there was a strong smell of humidity/mold in the building stairs (not in the apartment itself).

Lovely place, easy key pickup & drop-off
Pros: Great facilities, kitchen really kitted out with anything you could need. Big and spacious, which to be honest we didn’t expect and so was a nice surprise. Location was good, and not a bad thing (you should know before you get there!) but most days do end up with a 20-30minute walk home if you’re spending time in the old town! But Rue de France, the road the property is on, has loads of places to eat and drink less than 10 minutes away Great value for money, would definitely stay again and can see myself going back to Nice for sure!
Cons: A lot of building work going on, the floor below seems like it is a restaurant/takeaway going through some renovation. There was building work going on a really antisocial hours, sometimes after midnight too and so at times we were kept awake. Imagine it’s a short term thing but was a big shame.

Très agréable appartement
Pros: Je suis descendue à nice avec mes filles. L'appartement était grand, de hauts plafonds, bien équipé, confortable. Tout près de la plage et de la promenade des anglais et des transports donc extrêmement bien placé. La conciergerie était top, en particulier monsieur Aziz qui nous a aidé. Bref, si l'appartement était libre une prochaine fois, je le réserverai volontiers à nouveau.
Cons: Rien à reprocher, quand c'est bien, c'est bien.

Pros: Все шикарно! Апарты крутые, две спальни с двуспальными кроватями, большая гостиная, кухня, все есть! Красиво, чисто, стильно. Очень крутое месторасположение! Близко до пляжа, до прогулочных тусовок, ресторанов, пешком до вокзала, откуда можно доехать на поезде до Монако и Канн. Мы в восторге!

Pros: Facile de prendre les clés , proche des commerces et les indications sur papier avec les clés sont claires et utiles
Cons: La douche manque un robinet mitigeur récent car elle est dure à régler et à peu de pression . Et pour le garage une fois la télécommande n a pas marché mais ensuite on a résolu , dans le garage indiquer également OU sortir car on c est retrouver dans la sortie de secours … pas top n ayant pas d indications précises .

Pros: Excellent location. It felt more like an Airbnb/someone’s home rather than a hotel on booking.com. The place if fully equipped with all you need (you’ve to buy your own toilet tissues and washing machine liquid) but other than that it’s perfect. Nicely decorated and looks like the pictures!!
Cons: We were not given a code to the ‘key box’ and didn’t realise it was at a different location entirely. I wish the communication was better… they don’t respond to calls and respond to messages really late. It can be noisy at night but the location is quite central so it’s to be expected.
