Jolie studio - Proche Promenade des anglais

would definitely recommend if you’re not gonna stay there too much (we basically only slept and cooked there)

Pros: - the location was really nice - the bed was super comfortable - we had all the equipment we needed for a few nights in nice - plus for having salt, cooking oil and pepper for cooking and shower wash in the accomodation

Cons: - the air was kind of moist and there was a little bit of a moldy smell in the apartment (not too bad as neither of us has allergies but for someone with a tendency or allergy might be problematic) - we couldnt figure out the ac and the heating battery wasn’t working so it was really chilly in the apartment - also would’ve been lovely to have a cleaning rug for the dining table

Excellent bolt hole so close to everything

Pros: The courtyard was a big bonus, fully equiped compact apartment with everything from coffee machine through to hairdryer and washing machine. Towels were included. The central location to centre of Nice and one block from the sea.

Pros: best location and hosts were really nice. the hosts provided us with heaps of recommendations for the area and the place was very clean and nice. There is a washing machine/ detergent and clothes line which was super helpful as well. very spacious as well and check in was very seamless

Cons: You need to purchase toilet paper as they only provide 2 rolls

Accogliente, vicino al lungomare ,consigliamo!

Pros: Abbiano prolungato il nostro soggiorno ,in quanto lo studio si trova in un'ottima posizione ed é comodo ,abitabile e accogliente per due persone . Consigliamo!

Pros: Ci é piaciuto moltissimo, é uno studio ma molto abitabile con un piacevole spazio aperto. La posizione ottima per essere subito sul lungo mare. L'edificio é sicuro e tranquillo e lo studio ha tutto il necessario per cucinare e stare comodi. Il gestore é stato cordiale e disponibile da subito , rispondendo prontamente quando abbiamo avuto bisogno. Lo consigliamo!

Boa

Pros: Boa localização, quarto bom, embora com sinais de antiguidade. Fácil acesso. Gostei do pátio exterior e do WC com bastante espaço. Boa cozinha e com acessórios.

Cons: A cama não era muito confortável e estava inclinada para dentro, não havia um sofá para descansar. Poderia ter varinha mágica para fazer sopa...

Pros: Nettes kleines Appartement, super Team und netter Kontakt. Kleiner Innenhof, mit eigenem Bereich.

Studio idéal proche de la mer

Pros: L’emplacement très pratique du studio. Tout le nécessaire minimum pour passer quelques jours à Nice.
