Easy self-check-in and a clean, comfortable apartment.

Pros: We loved the clear self-check-in instructions, which made our late-night arrival hassle-free. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The location is perfect—quiet, safe neighborhood, just a 2-minute walk to the beach!

Very pleasant host ., we couldn’t have asked for anymore

Pros: Location is spot on ,, close to the beach .. 10-15 mins walk to city centre and old town ., a lot of restaurants and grocery shops around .,

Pros: The host was very responsive and helpful. He waited for us even though we arrived after midnight on the first day. He gave us useful tips for restaurants. In general, very warm welcome. The apartment is very well equiped and kitchen and cooking facilities can be used without the problem. Bedroom is small but it is fine for sleeping. We liked the location the best! Close to the sea, 25min on foot from the Old Town, lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity.

Cons: The view from the apartment is not nice. It faces inner courtyard from the living room with air-cons. From bedroom is even worse as there is some sort of roof, no view at all, and during the night you could hear dripping from the air-con above. But what disturbed me the most is the smell from the local restaurant/kitchen. It is the smell of garlic and onion all the time :(

Pros: Very nice host, very clean flat, comfortable AC! Everything we needed was available in the flat.

Cons: Occasional noise from the restaurant from the backyard.

Pros: Well equipped. Washing machine and dryer as well as dishwasher very useful. Good airconditioning

Perfect and quiet apartment superbly located for beach, old town, public transport and restaurants

Pros: Super friendly contact with the owner, lots of very helpful hints from his side for our stay. Overall, superb location, totally quiet and extremely clean and fully organized rooms, kitchen, bath, together with strong WLAN & TV :-). 5 min to the beach, 2 to Carrefour and minutes to 20 restaurants and bars. Bus station (several ones) only minutes away, so perfectly integrated in the great Nice public transport area. SUPER, highly recommend Apartment.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave after one week, as holidays ended :-D

Great base to explore Nice.

Pros: Great location, just one block off the beach, quiet neighborhood, lots of groceries, restaurants, and boulangeries nearby, easily walkable to the centre and old town. The apartment was perfect for our family of 3 and the amenities were complete, we appreciated the good AC and the comprehensive TV channels.

Pros: Great location to stay in Nice, it's only 5 mins walking to the beach, surrounded by lots of cute restaurants and shops. Plus the apartment is super clean.
