Amazing views and location !

Pros: +Perfect location! +One of the best views in town +Few more minor positive things: +Possibility of late check-in (they've automated the key collection procedure and now it's automatic and much more flexible) +Umbrella in the room

Cons: The only 1 point I would admit: - A hidden payment.. before check-in you're offered either pay 500 EUR deposit or pay 15 eur per day of non-refundable insurance of damage. Leaving 500 EUR to a not well-known well-known host is not something you would like to do (especially considering previous negative feedbacks on booking.com), while non-refundable extra 30-45 eur is not something visible on booking.com price when you're making a reservation. Other than that there were only very minor issues which have not impacted our final rating: - Only one wine glass in the room ;) - A key collection is not in the same building. It's quite close ~5-7 minutes of walking, but still can be something you would not prefer e.g. in rainy weather or if you're coming late and already half sleeping. For us it was not a problem at all. - There were no water in the shower ok one of our mornings there. All other days were ok, we believe it was related to some temporary works near the buildings and we're not related to the apartments itself. - A bit over-expensive, but this is not a concern to this apartment (remember - you're paying for the best view and location ), but rather to Nice old town overall.

Great location, perfect view!

Pros: The apartment is right in the center of Nice old town. All of the good restaurants and the beach 1 min away by walk. Museums and train station are also closeby. The apartment has everything you’d need: Dishwasher, washing machine, all kitchen gadgets etc. The bed was comfortable. There’s an additional sofa which is not shown in the pictures, so that was great. Overall, we felt at home.

Cons: We were just not satisfied with the shower head, as it was not working as it should be. Also it’d be quite useful if there was a shelf where we could put our soap/shampoo.

Great location & terrace

Pros: We have stayed in this apartment a number of times and love the location and the terrace

Cons: Although the apartment is clean it is time the walls and woodwork were painted. Also some work has been done to the electric sockets since our last visit and some no longer work, it would have been better to remove the old sockets to avoid confusion. As the bathroom socket doesn’t work now a wall mirror in the bedroom would make hair drying much easier

We would love to stay here again.

Pros: Lovely apartment, very clean, well stocked and comfortable with amazing location and views.

Cons: Not much really. A bit better water pressure in the shower perhaps.

Cleanliness, bathroom and apartment pictures all need to be improved. Otherwise very good place.

Pros: Nice loft apartment with good atmosphere. Good response time when contacting the rental company. Loved the pictures - particularly of the veranda lounge chairs. However, the pictures lied. There were no lounge chairs. Please update the pictures.

Cons: Cleanliness could be improved. Bed blanket (duvet) was dirty and had blood on it from a previous guest. Bathroom shower barely worked. Toilette was not cleaned at all. Pictures from the add showed plants and lounge chairs on the veranda. However, more simple and less comfortable chairs were there when we arrived. The pictures lie and should be updated. Some people might react to the tricky elevator and wildly steep staircase to get to the loft apartment.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Be prepared that it is a loft and there is one flight of steep stairs

Pros: Location was fantastic. Terrace with views. . Comfortable for relaxing and light meals. Elevator to the 6th floor.

Cons: Stairs up to 7th floor. Duvet cover on bed.

ニース旧市街で海岸沿いのロケーション最高のアパート

Pros: ニースの旧市街の海岸沿いて、ロケーションは最高だった。 窓枠にはめ込まれたような海岸線の景色は、コリーヌデュシャトーの丘をを望み、まるで一枚の絵のようだった。 サルヤ広場の横なので、朝マーケットで野菜や果物、近くのブーランジェリーでパンを買い、 おいしい食材を安く手に知れることができた。設備の整ったアパートのキッチンで食事を楽しんだ。 旧市街に立地するが、出入り口は海岸沿いの広い通りに面しているため、安全に不安は感じなかった。 目の前のビーチでは、海水浴客はもちろんのこと、ランニングや散策を楽しむ人であふれ、 夜遅くまで賑わう旧市街の喧騒を階下に聞きながら、ニースを満喫することができた。

Cons: 特に不満はないが、ロケーションや広さを考えれば、それなりの宿泊料となります。 また、これも不満ではなく注意点だが、建物にはエレベータがあり部屋の玄関前から乗り降りでき便利だが、居住区は最上階の１階上のルーフトップなので、玄関内から１フロア分だけ室内階段を使う必要がある。
