A nice and clean apartment with a great location”

Pros: Everything was great! The location was excellent with easy access to everywhere. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had most of the amenities we needed for our short stay.

Cons: The only issue was the noise from the maintenance work, which started in the morning and was a bit annoying. The workers were working right in front of the kitchen, but it was just temporary

This apartment is perfect for a stay close to the beach.

Pros: The property is perfectly located for the beach, shopping and restaurants. This is our second stay at this apartment and to be honest it’s starting to feel like home! We love it!

Cons: At the time of our stay there were workmen doing renovations to the facade of the building, although a little noisy at the start of each day, it wasn’t too much of a problem. And we were told about it prior to our stay. Thierry is great at keeping in touch.

Pros: Location was very good. A few blocks from the beach. 20-25 minutes walk to the old town. The apartment was a clean and spacious one bedroom apt, worked well for our family of three. The owner was nice and polite and when we had a question he replied very fast.

perfectly located to explore Nice and surroundings

Pros: Excellent location, quiet but close to everything. Nice little balcony. Sweet welcoming note in the apartment which made us feel at home right away.

Cons: Although the equipment is fairly new, you can tell that you are living in an old apartment (doors, windows etc). There was a bad sewage (?) smell in the kitchen which was a bit annoying but did not bother us too much as we were out most of the time and did not spend much time in the kitchen.

Pros: Very central location close to supermarkets, restaurants, the promenade and, big internal area, elevator, comfy feel inside, many facilities, fully stocked kitchen (no oven though), dishwasher, washing machine, towels, toiletries, many balconies, good view from balconies, big tv, big sofa.

Cons: Water in shower is only slightly warm, was not hot enough after swimming in the sea. Toilet is separate from the shower / bathroom, doesn't have a separate washing basin, need to walk across the bedroom to the shower to wash hands.

Uitstekend appartement op een prima locatie

Pros: Zeer verzorgde inrichting in een sfeervol appartement. Ligging was prima. 15 a 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Op een paar minuten afstand stopt de tram(metro) , bussen . Goede verbinding met de airport. Om de hoek zit een supermarkt en een goede bakker. Thierry communiceert heel prettig en reageert snel op vragen.

Nice vacation

Pros: Great location, quiet, comfortable. Everything was in walking distance.

Cons: It was a little dark inside the building but once in the apartment it is nice and light.

Cons: Comme le temps etait bien froid je dois dire que j’ai eu tres froid les premiers jours . Pas de chauffage dans les pieces c’est dommage un équipement d’appoint aurait été le bienvenu .

Pros: A beautiful apartment in a great location. Spacious and clean with French charm! Thierry was very polite and friendly! The communication was excellent and he also had a booklet prepared with all the information needed!!
