Wake up to a view

Pros: Rise in the morning with a view of turquoise water , cross the road and treat yourself to a dip. Tram stop with access to everything maybe 100m. Great times!

Pros: We loved the view. It had a lift. It was clean and had a washing machine. It was a lovely place to walk along the promenade.

Our Nice france Vacation 2023

Pros: I like The front beach, the shore lines where you can walk or jog, the train stops, bus stops, For me It is closed to where I wanted to go.

Cons: The pick pocketer almost got my wallet while waiting on the train.

Great stay. We will gladly return

Pros: Nice building in a lively location. Could not be closer to the seaside. Splendid view on the bay. The studio is not big, but is very convenient cozy and was absolutely sufficient for a family of 4. Although there is no balcony, the panoramic window provides almost fully covers this disadvantage. It wasn't hot during our stay, but there is an air conditioner in the bedroom, should be extremely handy in summer. Easy check-in and check-out.

Pros: Gdybym ponownie planowała przyjazd do Nicei, zarezerwowałabym ten obiekt chętnie po raz kolejny. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, piękny widok i plaża do drugiej stronie ulicy. Obok restauracja z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. W apartamencie bardzo czysto, ładnie i klimatycznie. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Nie mam zastrzeżeń i polecam.

Excellent stay , despite the AC issue .

Pros: The property is very well located , Sea view. Shops and supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very friendly owner . All what we need was available at the property . it is a good place to stay for two persons.

Cons: The installed AC in the bedroom is good but very noisy at night . In the living room the same issue .

Pros: The location is good. It is not the down town but it is in walkable distance. It is possible to use pudlic transport (bus and tram), both stops are very close. The building is the front line to the sea. Ideal to beach hollyday.
