Cons: The only inconvenient thing about this room was that it is located at the 4th floor.

Pros: Everything was perfect!!! Everything was very tidy and nice!!! The host was always reachable through booking or phone.. The best thing was the way to get the keys! I really loved it!!! If I come back, I will definitely book this place again!!!!

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and has a great location. Although it is small it has everything you need (air conditioning, TV, washing machine, spacious kitchen and bathroom).

Cons: The lock of the apartment doesn't have a handle on the inside, it's just a screw so it is hard to unlock it (kinda claustrophobic). In addition, the apartment doesn't have a window on the outside but rather just one looking out in the hallway of the building. Otherwise there were no problems.

Ottima opportunità di soggiorno, che merita una nuova visita a breve!

Pros: Molto buona la collocazione nella città, nel cuore della vecchia Nizza, in una strada pedonale estremamente silenziosa. Edificio antico, estremamente Ligure! Nelle vicinanze esistono numerosi ristoranti e pub, nonché molti edifici d'interesse artistico e culturale.

Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto! Anche il dover raggiungere il mio piano (piuttosto elevato) a piedi in assenza di ascensore. un buon Ligure è abituato ad affrontare le scalinate!!!

Pros: Très jolie apart dans le quartier vieille Nice, c’est petit mais il y a vraiment tous ce qui est necessaire. Le concierge Pierre est super disponible et gentil!

Estudio céntrico con todo a disposición

Pros: Es un estudio céntrico cerca de todo, se puede acceder fácilmente y tienes todo lo que necesitas al lado. Muy fácil de acceder y de luego abandonar el apartamento. Tenía de todo, incluso lavadora, y te dejaban detergente por si querías lavar la ropa. Muy limpio. No dudaré en volver a reservar este apartamento cuando vuelva a Niza.

Pros: Ubicacion excelente y calidad-precio genial. A pesar de que es un alojamiento muy pequeño, esta muy bien aprovechado y cubre todo lo necesario
