Well located for the sites, shopping and public transport.

Pros: Excellent location for both the sites and shopping (which the kids loved). Note - not much headroom on the mezzanine but perfect for teenagers.

Cons: All good

Great choice for an accessible location in Nice.

Pros: Location, nice, modern, clean. Owner left a booklet to share information about apartment and nearby facilities.

Cons: The night we arrived the elevator was broken but was operational the next day.

Great location

Pros: Location was superb. Flat had everything we needed including a foldout bed (family of 4), so we did not have to use the upstairs nook. The little welcome book was very handy. Getting the key was like a little game of mystic clue but host tried to make it as easy as possible, however if you have had a long journey getting there you may find this a bit tedious.

Pros: The apartment is located in the very centre of the city in close proximity to all places of interest. You don’t need to use the public transport at all and the tram station to/ from the airport is 3 min. away. The flat is well furnished and convenient. Even though the ceiling of the second level is quite low, it offers cosy space for sleeping, especially for kids.

Cons: There are water damages on the ceiling that left bad impression of otherwise perfectly located and furnished property. The communication with the host is somehow hard. We didn’t get the instructions for entering the apartment until we were at the very front door. Before that time, all the questions for the check-in process had remained unaddressed which implied feeling of insecurity!

Pros: Perfect location very near to Place Massena, the sea, several supermarkets, bakeries and lots restaurants and bars. A public parking garage in a nearby shopping center (Nice Étoile) was a convenient if though rather expensive option to leave our car. Absolutely smooth self check in and check out. Perfectly equipped flat with kitchen utensils, cooking plates, big fridge, washing machine with a dryer, iron, etc., etc..

Cons: Some humidity (or mould?) stains on the ceiling where the one double bed was accomodated but it didn't bother us much for the short stay. If you sleep lightly you would possibly be disturbed by some noise from the main street. We ourselves found the lively street rather nice and weren't disturbed at all.

Tres Bon

Pros: Perfect location , central . ,near to restaurants and bars , beach , train station, got train to Monaco and EZE village. Clean and everything you needed for a 3 night stay

Pros: Amazing location, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town and the beach. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Tram line outside which was great. Lovely modern apartment, it had everything we needed. It was very clean our 2, kids (4 and 9) loved sleeping in the mezzanine area. The owner was very accessible and friendly. We'll be back!

Cons: Balcony a little small but no big deal to be honest.

Pros: The location was great money for values, near the center and well accesible The directions from the hosts were clear and on point. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and big enough for our 5 people.

Cons: The neighbours were a bit noisy.

Wunderbare Zeit in Nizza in einer tollgelegenen Wohnung.

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann es mit dem Zug und der Tram sehr gut erreichen. Wir hatten, trotz einer späten Anreise, keine Probleme mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Alles wurde sehr gut beschrieben. Der kleine Balkon war ideal zum Frühstücken für 2 Personen.

Cons: Die Küche und das Besteck hätten etwas sauberer seien können. Wir hatten leider sehr laute arabische Nachbarn, die täglich gegen 2 Uhr morgen einen kurzen aber lauten disput hatten.
